Did not even go to the store to receive bad service. I called to see if they had a product i was searching for and the woman who answered hung up in my ear after i asked her (in English) if they had a tarp repair. I call back again and a man answered and he just passed the phone to another sales representative who spoke English. I understand this is Hialeah and Spanish is " expected ", however considering the fact we are in America and someone who does not speak Spanish is trying to help your business by buying something you do not have to be rude and give me the excuse that you thought i was " a machine" i guess due to my articulate way of speaking. very un called for and i am glad i am the first to review here to warn other English speaking people that you wont get proper service! Good thing i did not come into the store and waste my money on this company. Since i have to put stars in order to post this i had to give one star, if not you would get none!

They have everything!! So glad to have found this store so close to home! I always try to stick to the smaller hardware shops, but was unaware of one in my area until I found Hialeah Hardware! This is a relief, because I dont like to drive far in traffic - and I like hunting-down-a-person-at-Home-Depot-to-help-me even less. I walked in to ask for a replacement switch for the light pull chain on my ceiling fan. The friendly lady behind the counter, called someone over, who helped me find the switch, then he even started to explain to me how to replace the switch in my ceiling lamp! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes!! There s just something to be said about a locally owner store, with employees who have mad handiness skills. And that is, "Big props to Hialeah Hardware for keeping it old school in the service department!"

Very friendly and courteous staff. A very professional staff was able to guide us thru the extensive process of remodeling our home. The prices were competitive and the service was amazing. We visited other local stores and found a huge difference in prices and service. Also, the showroom was second to none. It has been one of the best hardware stores we have visited. A very courteous staff , great prices and excellent customer service makes us come back and refer friends and family to this amazing place located in the heart of Hialeah. Finally, we have continued to purchase items from their website and the convenience is great. A small store with a big heart.

They have an impressive depth to their hardware offerings for a small-box store. Just as important they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that will do everything they can to help you find exactly what you need. Store is clean and well lit. They are also fluent enough in English and were patient enough to answer any questions I had. Prices and stock were better than the last place I went to. Return policy was clearly explained. THIS IS MY NEW HARDWARE STORE.
