Store is super dusty. The elevator is old and scares the crap out of people. People are robbing the place blind. The deals are better then Macys. There is no extra shoes in the back what you see is what you get on the floor. Getting there is easy. The L train stop at 11th street. Customer have no respect for anyone working there. They put stuff anywhere they please. And this is why the place is dirty a lot. Other then that its a great place to shop. And the Employees are friendly. All the managers are awesome but the one. Lady that wears glasses. She could be nicer to people and her employees.

I ran into this location quickly before my 9am work day and i felt the staff was extremely rude. They we not helpful in finding an item I came there for, and then at the check out line the security guard was yelling at a customer claiming he wasnt buying something. The customer yelled back and then another employee chimed in to combat the customer. Animals. I wont return to this location.

This store is very clean, I shop here a couple of times, I love there selection of clothing, housewhares, The staff is always willing 2 help U find U wht U want, Shelves R stocked, During the rush hour the store can get very messy....Cashier R very helpful, professional & friendly.....

The prices are good. The selection is okay. The reason for just three stars is that there is only one cashier line. There used to be one on the second floor. Now theres only the one on the first floor. This isnt a big deal unless youre only buying one or two items.

Very rude staff, asked for direction to the restroom and was offensively told I cant be provided with the code. Im impressed how the staff can be so impertinent and rude in a local shopping store where its their duty to try to be helpful !

When you enter this store, you come prepared to look and find fashion at bargain prices. I never see any high quality shoes or good perfume. One day, I will take the time to go upstairs and explore when I have time to look & stand in line!

Staff to busy to give directions to bathroom,where I waited from 20 minutes for another employee to let me in. Ridiculous. Once let in back to bathroom saw most of staff was breaking,or ducking customers out on the floor. Ridiculous.

Your typical Marshalls,very convenient and easy access for anyone in center city. The exterior area is a little run down with homeless usually right outside, but the store is pretty large for the location and the staff was helpful.

Nothing there to really want to make you spend your money. It could and should have a better selection of clothes and shoes. Horrible shoe collection! And cheap quality shoes, yukk shoes are just so cheesy and over priced.

This is a good Marshalls. Has all the basics. I feel like they do a good job with the space available to them and there were lots of options. Perhaps not quite the clothes selection as some locations, but worth a look.

Since this store is in the city it is a much smaller store than the suburban locations Im used to. The selections are obviously limited by size, and the check out line was fairly long and moved slowly.
