Only two in-store experiences so far, both excellent. Last Spring I wanted to buy a tux shirt to match the one that my son would be wearing to his wedding. Doug suggested that I try on two (different) neck sizes so that we could see which fit/looked best. BB recently had a trade in a gently-worn outercoat and get 25% off any new outerwear promo. No camel duffle in my size - small - was on the floor. Rather than just punting and placing a ship-to-store or ship-to-buyer order, Terry searched the basement, found the desired coat and ensured that both I and he were satisfied with the fit and look. The duffle is not inexpensive but, based on my having worn one - in navy - for several Philadelphia winters, I can testify that these coats defy the cold and the wind and are well worth the price. While they keep me warm in the outdoor cold, I do not feel overheated if I am wearing one while driving, doing shopping, etc. They pass the spouse factor and draw compliments if either or both are relevant in your case.

Ive been coming to this location pretty frequently lately, both to browse and to buy. The store is always clean and well kept, classy looking, and the staff is very respectful. They are welcoming, easy to talk to, and more than willing to assist you, answer any questions you may have, and help you find what you are looking for in a respectful and satisfying manner. Long story short, the customer service here has been out-of-this-world for me, and I will likely keep shopping here.

Great products but dont expect anything from the associates. My wife and I recently visited and was amazed at the lack customer service. Multiple staff members seemed adamant about not lifting a finger to assist. I can only assume we didnt pass their eyeball test and were deemed to young, or not big enough spenders. Ultimately they may have been right, as we were so put off by their holier than thou attitude that we took our business elsewhere.

Disappointing experience I have had suits made by BB in Boston and Annapolis with nice results I tried to have a suit tailored in Philly - they tried two times and could not get it right The associates are not particularly attentive and do not follow up with you In the future I will simply take a day and drive to Annapolis

I had a poor experience with the staff at this location. One employee in particular blatantly ignored my needs over others because I was dressed in exercise clothing. It came to the point that other customers noticed it. Very unprofessional and snoody. I do not recommend this place.

The suits these guys make are of a high quality. Many are made in American. Custom suits are expensive but about as good as it gets. David is about the most helpful guy in the department. He can find a suit to match almost any budget and quality standards.
