Store is good not really well stocked though. Staff is unfriendly. The two cashier woman that were at the front ....one a middle age gal called Christine and the other a skinny black hair young girl were too busy chit chatting about the older ones son and theit personal life. Did not acknowledge the costumers and kept laughing and talking about their private business in front of paying clients. Service is ridiculous, I dont who is running that circus but they need to keep track of what their non existing manner staff is doing. Oh fyi she coughed in my face and didnt even say excuse me. Maybe ROSS should invest in training their staff on BASIC costumer care manners.

The Manager is so mean , she has big issues , she tried to force us buy a buddy spray because my 9 years old son tried to smell it and when i refused, she tried to accuse my son with a theft shouting in front of all customers. I had to live more than 25 items that i bought , and get away from there , will never step there any more , bad so bad .

Ross is always one of my favorite stores to shop because they sell many name brands such as Calvin Klein, Levis at prices that are just unbeatable. Not only that, Ross is pretty big store with variety of stuff.
