I didnt realize this store existed in Center City and I am glad it does! Great cheap finds from GAP that are great for basics--I actually liked what they had here better than the regular store. I agree with the other poster that the staff could use some etiquette courses. I was rudely shooed away and told the dressing room was closed at 6:30 even though the store closes at 7. A half hour before close to shut down the dressing rooms is a bit much. Out of the 4 service workers on the floor, 2 were very kind and the others could use some help.

I am also writing this same review to Gap Inc. because after arriving at the store yesterday at 6:30 p.m., (it is scheduled to close at 7 p.m.) I was rudely shooed away with a flounce of the salespersons hand while she then proceeded to lock the door in my face. Very unprofessional and downright rude. They really need to look at who theyre hiring at this store, and if they cant work the hours of the store then dont post them in the window for the public

Stopped in to get some gifts and they day I was there they had exactly what I needed and it was a good deal too. Otherwise I wasnt overly impressed by anything - just your typical outlet. Thanks for the gifts!

She laughed in my face when I told her I wanted to make a return without a receipt. She treated me like I was lying. She kept rolling her eyes, and calling the manger for every question I had.

Store location is good. Merchandise is ok, sometimes really good other times less selection. check-out lines tend to be long and move slow.
