I have lived in Doylestown for six years and have shopped at this Kmart from the time I moved here. I find this store to have eveything I have needed each time that I have shopped there. The customer service has always been friendly and prompt and the store associates and management have always been enough to keep me a satisfied customer. Whenever I have had a question about an item , I have always been given the proper information to help me make an informed decision. I have gotten to know the staff by name and they are always eager to please and are very helpful. The wait times are normal, but really what keeps me coming back, is the excellent customer service. Thank you all,you are wonderful.

Shoutouts to Kim and Diane/Crystal for their excellent customer service. They were very helpful and wonderful. 5 STARS for them !!! The same could not be said of the manager, Ken, for his lame excuses not to honor promotions and give points. He did the same thing when he was the manager of Kmart - Hartsville. (Ken, customers do not forget when you try to screw them). Used to be the rare pleasant Kmart. Now marred because of the manager, Ken. He negates the customer service efforts of the floor employees. He is the bummer over my shopping experience there. * Need to specify managers name because I understand there is another manager.

Every time I go here they do not have the one thing im looking for. The way the store is organized is awkward. Unfortunately there are no walmarts or targets in the immediate doylestown area, otherwise this store would have closed a long time ago.

Love this store!!!!! I had a situation so i asked for the manager, i believe her name is CATHY but she was the most sweetest person! she helped me out and solved my situation. Great job kmart for having wonderful staff and a wonderful manager!

Slow cashiers and overly priced items some not even marked so you have to go to a price check machine if you can find one that works and have time to waste.

While I got good deals because of clearance sales, the checkout process was painfully slow and annoying.
