Although I love Old Navy in general this store is awful. The clothes are always thrown around. Most of the of the times Ive been there passage ways have been blocked off by boxes making it very difficult to get around the store. It is very hard to find clothing because nothing is ever placed correctly. As a different post said, this store always looks like a tornado hit it. The lines are tremendously long and there are usually only two registers open; the employees seem dry, theyre not helpful when youre looking for items on the floor and the cashiers flash a fake smile your way and then ignore you until you have to pay. Not my favorite store.

Today there was two cashiers, 1 cashier held up the line of Exactly 5 people with another employee on break buying things and putting things back for at least 15 minutes. Then the other cashier was held up with a customer, that I understand. When a customer asked them to call for help they ignored us and as they did the line got longer. The employee holding up the line with another employee rolled her eyes and stated that she had to go! In there for over 15 minutes and their customer service was horrible

The store was loud not only the customers the employees as well very unprofessional talking about their hair their outfits loud and obnoxious I ask one of them if she was working no I am off she said why be talking to other employees that are working just down right rude The store was really busy today Ive never been where it was so busy and loud not just the customers

They have great back to school iteams at this time; such as backspack lunch bags, uniforms polo shirts pant shorts socks. The management team there is awesome. The floor is always replenish with all sizes. They compliant the whole family. It is also a convenient location.

This location is OK if you need something in a pinch or should you be in the area. The clothes are NEVER organized and some of the staff appears as if they dont want to be there.

Wonderful selection of simple, classic, inexpensive pieces. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but the store is incredible.
