Sports Unlimited is the most unprofessional fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. I have never written in with a complaint on a company before, but the manner in which I was treated, and the ultimate impact Sports Unlimited has had on my children at Christmas warranted some action. It is shameful what they have done, and worse, how they spoke to me and cared only to "appear" justified and "right" (when they were so clearly not). I am a single mom who stretched to order one big gift for her children for Christmas. I spoke with Sports Unlimited via phone before making my purchase on December 17th. I PAID for expedited shipping even though they guaranteed me delivery on or before December 24th. I also Insured my purchase (just to be safe) through Google trusted stores. I was notified TODAY December 23rd that my shipment would not be coming until well AFTER Christmas.I frantically called all over the place to find a different option, to no avail. I was handcuffed" to sports unlimited to to the late notification. I kindly called and spoke with a representative who tracked my package down, and found out that they could overnight it to me and get it here by December 24th (as I had originally paid for in the first place)... He would ONLY DO THIS IF I PAID $450.00! I requested to speak with a manager, who called to recite their company policy, eventually yelling at me that "there are no guarantees and the item only shipped yesterday and that I should have read the FINE PRINT". She then hung up on me. Some action needs to be taken here. My children will have nothing under the Christmas tree and Sports Unlimited did nothing to fix the issue other than attempt to extort $450.00 from me to save my children Christmas. How Google can consider them a "trusted store" is beyond my comprehension, and they should be investigated, if not fined for this bait and switch/fraudulent, dishonest behavior, and utter lack of integrity.

Great site and great customer service. I needed a beginners glove for my 5 year old nephew who just started playing tee ball and had no idea what size I should get. I called customer service and they recommended a great Mizuno glove that was superior quality and easy to use for a beginner. Thanks Sports Unlimited!

I was skeptical on placing an order due to a couple of reviews Ive read, but I figured it was worth a try due to the competitive pricing. I received my order as stated in timely manner. Also with the rewards program I dont think I will be ordering from anywhere else. It pays to shop here.

Poor customer service. They wouldnt return roller skates that I tried one time. They dont care at all. They just want their money. Do not buy from them! You are better off going anywhere else. Their products are cheap and junk!

Provided correct address. Receive an email saying it was sent back to their store because of insufficient address. They want to charge me 6.99 to reship. No thanks. Refund please. Will never order from again.
