Jennifer who works at the Rally House in Collegeville is the BEST!!! I look forward to shopping there knowing that she will be there to assist us. She provides superior customer service and I sincerely hope the business realizes what an asset she is. My brother and I were in there again yesterday, she remembers us as customers and she assisted us with ordering him a Lindros t-shirt. Shes FABULOUS! Every business should have a Jennifer! What a pleasure it is to shop there - and because of Jennifer. Love your merchandise too! (and Jennifer) 06/18/17 - I stopped in to pick up my ordered t-shirt and Katie waited on me. She was FABULOUS as well! She was such a sweet girl and very helpful with excellent customer service skills. Its obvious your business has staff who are such assets to the Rally House. I love stopping in there! I would have stayed longer to shop but the last few times I stopped in the store, it was unusually hot, so I imagine the A/C system had problems. Thanks!

Wow!!! I walked into this store a few months back and I could not believe the assortment here. Not to mention how great the staff is too. They are so friendly and happy to be there. I now know where to get my gear for game day and definitely coming back for Christmas! Something for everyone :)

Great customer service. Huge selection of Philly teams From Eagles and Phillies to Reading Phillies to Iron Pigs. Just called to ask about a autograph signing and the lady was very polite and gave me information.
