CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY! I have owned longguns my entire life but am new to pistols. I went in looking for some advice and education on which gun would suit my needs. The two older gentleman who have worked there since i was a kid paid me no mind even after i asked for help they pawned me of on another associate. After about 10 minutes the older gentleman came back and said " if you have money and want to buy some thing do it, if not come back tomorrow at 9 with your money and we can talk then" The only redeeming quality to this store is they have good prices on both new and used guns.

I tried buying a gun and was denied before I was even finished filling out my paperwork. Someone else, that I did NOT KNOW, tried buying the same gun and was denied. I was told there were "too many coincedences" and that I could not be sold the gun. I was paying cash, provided both my drivers license AND military id card, have no convictions or anything and was still told no. I drove all the way from Newark because I was told this was the best place to buy a gun for the best prices but, From now on I will go somewhere else first.

Its like taking a step back in time. Where even the staff is part of the tapestry. A little rough around the edges, but the group is helpful and knowledgeable.

Used to buy reloading components here, but when the craze went down a few years ago the price gouged something awful. Havent been back.
