Their return policy sucks! I bought a pair of Nike Free Run 3.0+ 2 months ago an put about 65 miles on them and last week the left one started bothering me. I went in and explained my situation and she said she could help me. So she got another pair, let me try them on, and then she asked if I had my receipt. I said no it was 2 months ago but I have a credit card statement with the price on it and the date I bought it from them. She said there are a lot of shoes in the store that cost $99.99 so there is no proof that you bought those shoes and she cant help me without a receipt. She told me to call Nike instead. So I took the new shoes off and left. They just lost a customer!!

Excellent customer service. I went in today to buy a new pair of shoes to fit my new orthotics. Tyler greeted me as soon as I walked in and came over to help me. I explained everything I was told to him by my podiatrist and he immediately made great recommendations. After trying on 5 different running shoes I found a fit that worked for me. I highly recommend shopping at Delaware Running Company and will go back in the future.
