Ive been there twice. The first time was with a friend (with a lot more knowledge than I have) who swears by them. They have been busy both times. Even though they were busy, they were willing, eager, and friendly. Today they were well stocked with quality merchandise. The other time they had a little less. Theres a very good reason for this. They sell a lot of guns... Today I went in to purchase my FIRST handgun. Ive owned various rifles for 30+ years. I am also a lefty, which in the gun world is a curse. I also had four young adults 19-22 with me. One of which was looking for his FIRST rifle (a .22). We were not going to be the easiest of customers. However, we were both quickly provided with great customer service and prices that were equal or better to those I found online. Yes, we did our homework, but we did have questions which were answered with patience and respect. Two purchases, two very happy and satisfied customers.

As I enter the store both workers (younger female & older gentleman) were more then happy to assist with answering questions and pointing me in right direction. Once the owner (I assume) got involved. He had an attitude and wanted nothing to do with me or my business. He was a short / shaved head guy. He had little man syndrome. Just barking and repeating the same nonsense to me. He lost any potential business from myself, my family and friends. Once he walked away, the female finished assisting me, even though you could tell she was embarrassed by the way he acted. There was even an Archibald Police officer who was in the store that shook his head in disbelief. My family has done business there. My family, myself and my friends will never return. Owner BAD attitude + poor customer service (by owner) = No Business! If 0 stars were offered, I would give 0.

I marvel that anyone would give these people less than 4 - stars. First of all complaining about low trade amount is so he can pass the savings on to the customer because their prices are the lowest anywhere. You will not get a gun any cheaper than Gun Toters! Secondly, their selaction of guns is profuse and they move fast because the prices are so low. And their used guns are the lowest anywhere. They rival online stores. Thirdly, if you reload, this is the best place for Supplies. Even during the recent low supply time GT always had something you could use. If you have done your homework, as anyone can with Google or use your smartphone, than this place is simply the best - it is my favorite!

Over all I was not very pleased with the customer service. Snobby workers. I have never been to a gun shop so unenthusiastic about assisting potential buyers who arent right up front screaming they are a definite buyer. Lost my business. Why get treated like that when you can go to a place and be warmly welcomed and eagerly assisted with people who seem to actually like the business and their customers?

Had to wait 15days to get my 1st handgun post military.had a very pretty tall gal wait on me very nice experience.i told her what i needed and she knew what to get.very knowledgeble and we kinda breezed thru the paperwork.i have my place now for my weaponry needs fair price.willingness to accomodate customer needs.thanks gun toters.

I have been to a few shops this one by far is a pleasure to do business with . Good price on all firearms and accessories on hand and easy to work with and willing to help with what you want and looking for. Staff is great! !!! And thats a plus . Bottom line I drive out of my way to get there and its worth every mile. !!!

I would not return after my first and last experience there. Very unprofessional behavior from the owner. I would rather give my business to the many other gun shops around who have helpful, friendly, owners who actually seem passionate about what they do and actually enjoy customers who are passionate about firearms.

The best, and most friendly people ever. From day one the guys helped me to choose my guns. They dont have 1000s of selections! But they have some of the nicest guns, and they will help you to get what you want, if you have the patience, and good prices also. Never had a problem with the store. Thanks

I will never ever ever go here again. I live two blocks away and will not even go here. Customer service in nonexistent unless youve been going there for 30 years. And I feel when you ask a question that you are treated with a "You should have done your research on your own" attitude.

best gun shop in NEPA for sure! they have a huge selection of handguns and the lowest prices. they also give you the fairest prices for your guns. I have almost always been able to get what i was looking for at gun toters.

best prices in NE PA! if they dont have the gun you are looking for they can order it and it will be there in 2-3 days. They will also offer you the fairest prices for your guns.
