Went in today 8/8/17 to buy some supplies for my ferret (which we purchased him at this location) and were looking at the other ferrets in the store, and asked a near by worker whos name I wont disclose, if we could please hold 1 of the ferrets. Rudely he replied that "he cant do that and that we arent allowed to hold them" which is pretty funny because how am I supposed to buy a potential pet if I cant even hold them? On top of that we held many ferrets last time when I picked out my ferret. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because I bought my best friend there about a year ago. Go to Christmas tree shops to get supplies. Im disappointed with the way things were handled.

very neat place and when we ask the dog trainer Wendy about help with a cat for neuter and shots, she guided us to a rescue who will do shots , neuter,de worm and clip left ear for $30, if you dont want the left ear nipped it cost $60, 30 for the visit and the other 30$ goes towards help for other kitties.And this place is on New Danville pike she guided us too.So we were blessed we stopped in , cause we want to keep kitty but , must be fixed and some places can be costly that people cant afford.

Went in this morning for a grooming appointment was there 15 mins early 1045am someone showed up at 1110am to tell me they couldnt take me because she had 3 dogs .the groomer who was scheduled to take my pet didnt want to work because they were not getting commission (Stephanie) worst customer service experience ever I work in Customer service and my Management would not have allowed that to happen or handled it that way. I specifically said I can only do weekends. Yeah this petco sucks

Hello! Just a quick note to say... Last night I was online with a wonderful Customer Service Man named Robert. He was VERY helpful to me. However, at some point I lost him!! I am having trouble with my PC. and it chose then to ACT UP! But I did want to say that the man was wonderful to work with and very helpful....Sorry we got disconnected Robert and God Bless you for all you do, not just for me, but I am sure for everyone!!

The lady was extremely rude treated me like I was a child when I asked to see the ferrets. Wanted to know if I was planning on buying one. I actually was until you questioned me and then proceeded to call me a liar. I have bought my last two ferrets from here but Ill go somewhere else this time around. Ill spend the extra dollars and go to petsmart to buy the food also, they completely lost my business after tonight.

The guinea pigs are WAY to big to have 3 in such a small enclosure..... and one female.... piggys are social and need play mates... the male piggys couldnt even reach the water bottle... the poor guy had to lay down and twist his neck to get to it! The cage wasnt even suitable for one pig!!! Let alone 3 big males.

We waited in this store for 10 minutes hoping to receive customer service. All we received were annoyed kids. Beyond that we saw leopard geckos in horrible conditions. They were trapped under reptile carpet with shed all over their face. I will never go back again!!!

Tessa did an excellent job grooming our 2 year old Blue Merl Australian Shepherd. We have taken her to other places but NEVER had such a great experience!!!! Everyone in the store were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend using this grooming service.

Nice place helpful staff but BE WARNED KEEP YOUR RECIPES !!!! They will not return anything unless you have a recipe. Its there store policy so understandable but thats Why i do all my business at petsmart. Let you return stuff without a recipe

I take my dog to the grooming Salon there. They are great with him and I trust them. He loves going and getting a bath and playing with the staff and other dogs

Great experience buying fish and aquarium! Had to return 1st one because of leak but staff was helpful and return was easy. Just make sure you have the receipt!
