Went in to have a final paper printed for one of my graduate classes. I handed the worker my flash drive and he had it printed and bound with a really nice plastic cover. It looked quite professional! All of this took less than 5 minutes to do, and it was relatively inexpensive. Fast and friendly!

Rudest replies given for a customer service employee that I can recall ever getting. Person also said "we are not FedEx......I dont know why they told you that it would be here" in a very condescending manner. I wonder what FedEx would have to say about this rude representation of their brand.

Went to scan some old blueprints... Apparently the machine they will get in a few months will be able to work better, but they did all they could with the equipment that they had.
