Something changed in this store the past year or so. Service in the past has been friendly and sincere. Since 2015 the managers have become rude, disrespectful and all about the bottom dollar which is sad nowadays. Customer service is non-existent. I asked for some posters to be enlarged. I pointed to a poster on their wall and asked for it to be like that - something you can read from 20 away. When I came to pick them up I probably should have checked them, but I trusted their work. When I got to my business and unrolled the posters you couldnt even read them from 5 away. The print was so small and I paid $90 for them. When I went back to ask if they could fix it they became rude, disrespectful and argued that once I left the store it was "on me". Granted if I paid $5-10 for these I wouldnt have cared too much, but I spent almost $100. Eventually they took the posters back and refunded me $30. So I paid $60 and still have nothing.

I found it unethical the way they charge. For example, first I called and they said the price of making copy is 15 cents/ page. As soon as I enter the store, the staff came to assist. He charged me 20 cents per page and when I asked why, he said, because he made the copy for me. However, I did not ask for his help. The difference in price is insignificant for me but the approach is unethical to me.

In Lancaster to visit my parents and need to ship items home from our trip, one of which was a landscape size photo which I SPECIFICALLY asked to be rolled and put in a tube since they were packaging the rest of the items, photo came rolled up, unprotected and squished into a triangle...its ruined and I dont know if I can get another one. They lost a customer in me and my mother.

For over 20 years, this has been my go to place for shipping and also for printing reports and sales presentations. They do a fantastic job and everyone is very friendly. Its become a very important asset to me, and a great extension of my home office. I love the automatic delivery notifications too.

I have used this store for shipping my business packages for several years. They are friendly and helpful even when I bring in things close to closing time. Ive started using them for printing some of my merchandise as well. Great attention to detail and prompt service. They are an asset to our community.

I came in about 8 minutes before closing and apologized for coming in right before closing. Randy which looked like the manager was very rude and very short with me. No smiles and I felt very awkward. They were also making fun of a customer who had left right before I came in.. Horrible.
