Awful! I had a last minute opportunity to promote my new business at a big event . I asked them to print my logo on a 3 foot tall 5 foot wide banner. We went back and forth several times on the phone throughout the afternoon to make sure they had it correct. I sent an employee to pick up the banner and it was printed completely wrong . They printed my logo horizontal on a vertical banner with a third of the banner left empty. It is completely unusable and we missed out on a very good opportunity as a result. On top of that they laughed at my frustration and told me they do it like that all the time. They refused to contact the manager until I began to make a scene.when I finally did speak with the manager he asked if I was shown a proof, as though it was my fault after all. When i informed him I was never shown a proof he began to backtrack and tell me they didnt have time to show me the proof because I rushed them. Then he told me to take him to court.This place is terrible and the staff is a joke. Do your self a favor and scroll down to the next sign shop on google.worst customer service Ive encountered in a while.

Worst service/treatment in my entire life ever! Went to order a wall sign after much back and forth via email, with no headway. Bob, who didnt take his time to verify facts, checked our business location online and saw we had a banner and door sign done. He was upset that order wasnt given to him, and TOLD me wasnt willing to do our wall sign this time! "I went there 3 times"! Shocked at his behavior, I informed him I had driven over 1 hour in traffic to get to their office. He said "well thats why we have phones!" I left In absolute shock and annoyance. Their Manager/Owner never called me back and worst of all, the signs Bob got jealous about were actually done by his office! But I will never be back there. If you want to be treated fairly and respectfully, free from hateful insensitivity, go somewhere else. No one will make things right if anything goes wrong, or a staff is is totally out of order!!

Highly recommend! I am a sculptor, and went in to see Tony (the owner) a few days before my first solo exhibition at a gallery. I needed vinyl wall lettering of my statement and exhibition title to be put up on the wall. Although it was super short notice, Tony was so incredibly helpful - he turned my word document into an InDesign file while I waited, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and had the vinyl lettering printed and ready to go the next day. When I went back to pick it up, another employee came out with a small sample to walk me through adhering the vinyl it to the wall myself, as it can be tricky if youve never done it before. All in all, FASTSIGNS was a professional, punctual, and kind-hearted business, with excellent customer service. I will undoubtedly work with them again for my upcoming exhibitions, and recommend them to fellow artists and other professionals alike.

We were in town for the recent SPIE DCS show and needed some signs made. We contacted FastSigns because it was located near the convention center but we were blown away by the service they provided. One of their guys hung around late to make sure he received my files and that there were no issues with them. This enabled them to get started on them first thing the next morning. We ordered seven signs (three different designs) on Monday evening and had them by 11am the following morning. These guys are awesome and I would definitely use them in the future!

First of all - very nice and friendly on the phone. First impression always the most important! I needed couple of not very big signs. They were also very efficient in providing the me with the options. Prices are reasonable too. So, it did not take me long to order and I had my signs within couple of days. Picking them up I was running late but the guy said he will wait, which he did thankfully. Great experience!
