Do not use the Millersville UPS Store location!!!! I just had the most horrible customer service experience ever. After this experience I can hardly believe the previous comments are legit. I had an high value item to drop off, the instructions that came on the same page of the shipping label ( which came directly from the UPS I must add) clearly stated that the package could be dropped off at any UPS store. The clerk which later I was informed to be "the owner" stated that he could not sign the sheet attached to the label showing proof that I dropped off the package. He read my form and instructions from the UPS website, he stated that the instructions were incorrect and continued to refuse to sign the form. A lady at the register next to me made a suggestion for me to take a picture of the package and the clerk. I thought that was a good idea as I had an appt. and I was already late!! The clerk stated " you can take a picture of the package but not of me". That was when I realized that he was not trying to assist in resolving my dilemma. I just wanted to make sure my item was safe. I then called my husband to inform him that I was going to be late because the clerk said I needed to get the signature from the driver not him. By the way, at this point I was the only one in the store. The other clerk (red head female) told me to move my package off the counter as it was taking up too space. Then she told me to stop talking bad about the store. I just told my husband the reason why I was late and why I had to wait. I said nothing about the store. Her face turned as red as her hair as she told me I could not talk in the store. I then politely stated that she was violating my rights. The owner then stated "this is my store get out." The red head stated " yeah Get Out!". Of course I left bewildered, disappointed, and upset. My husband still on the phone heard it all and was in disbelief and angry to hear a man yelling at his wife and being so disrespectful. They must have had a horrible day, but their treatment, service, and actions were not called for.

I have been to this store several times with no issues, but today was different. I was quoted $120 on the phone to ship a drum kit. I know its just a quote and they are subject to change but when I show up to the store the price was $250! Instead of explaining the situation the employee said I can call the owner if you want, but it wont make a difference. I feel that someone working in a ups store should be able to at least be in the ballpark with quotes. Not to mention as soon as there was a sign of my unhappiness, the employee became a little rude, making the issue worse.

I have been a customer for several years (double digit number of years:) I moved to Elkridge and have another store closer, however everyone was always so helpful I didnt mind spending the time to travel to the store. It all changed today! Customer service and courtesy have completely vanished. For no reason at all, except for the fact that I was with a small toddler who was crying, I was treated very poorly. I am very dissapointed!

Horrible service. I wanted to return my textbooks from the semester and they wanted to CHARGE me one dollar for taping the box. I can literally buy ONE ROLL OF TAPE with a dollar. Please take your business to the UPS Store in Millersville. I am usually their customer and they have never charged me for taping my package. The store in Glen Burnie is convenient, but not worth the service.

Always very helpful and pleasant. Shipping packages is at times a pain, but that is to be expected, I am always glad to ship from this location as I know I will receive good service. I take all of my business document printing business to this store, they are always on time for delivery/completion of my documents. Its a well run operation, and I highly recommend this location.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the UPS Store the Saturday before Christmas and didnt see a long line of customers. Instead I was greeted by 4 store clerks ready to help me. A small line formed behind me but I was out of the store within 5 minutes. The customers were treated promptly and courteously. What a nice experience at this busy time of the year.

My wife went to this store to have a document notarized. The staff was helpful and courteous. The wait time was minimal. She noted that a customer came in with a package that needed to be taped to be shipped and there was no charge for the tape. We highly recommend this UPS Store for your shipping, printing, postal and notary needs.

The worst experience Ive ever had at any UPS store. Sales associate was extremely disrespectful towards myself and using vulgar language in front of me the customer, owner Jim had to step in to complete transaction. Seeing how many other UPS stores are around the metro area I urge you not to go to the one on old Mill.

Very well-run store: it was clean and appeared organized. A woman who worked there greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I walked up to the counter and I didnt have to wait at all for help. It was very quick and friendly. I would come back again.
