Terrible customer service. we shipped a package to a customer and he requested it to be held at this office for pickup. received email notification that package is available. customer calls to make sure package is there for him. said lady employee told him package was not there so i called and spoke to a Sean/Shawn said the same thing. Insisted and told tracking confirmation online states its ready for pickup there. Person then puts me on hold to double-check or maybe "actually" look for the package this time then confirms its there. Very unprofessional. Been having issues with FedEx as a whole lately and not just this location. Opening a UPS small business account and will not use FedEx ever again.

I needed a very simple print job, which these girls had a hard time doing correctly. The problem was there large grayscale printer needs adjusting, mid tone grey comes out solid black, but instead of making the necessary adjustments to have the picture print correctly they tried to charge me 5 dollars. I immediately went to the North Hampton Boulevard location where they printed it right the first time, no hassle, no attitude, no additional fee.

The employees at this Kinkos were particularly helpful when I had a complex print job. I was expecting to pay $10+ to scan, organize, and print an application but was charged less than half of that. The employees who assisted me were courteous and knowledgeable about the equipment and the services offered. The only thing I dont like about going to this Kinkos is the location... the shopping center is sort of "sketchy."

I recently had rental equipment delivered right to this location as I live in an apartment complex with no buzzer. The staff was very pleasant to work with and they had me in and out in no time both going to pick up my package and returning it.
