Ive been to this store 3 times in the last week each time the doors are locked and employees sitting in the back which clearly you can see long before 7pm. Today I shook the door and eventually an employee comes to the door. She did not acknowledge me but posted a sign on the door by this time I was calling the store and the 2nd employee said sorry we are closed 30 mins for lunch (4:30pm) Mind you I have never seen a UPS store closed in the middle of the day around rush hour time and its common sense that if there are 2 employees working one should have went to lunch at a time not both to maintain customer service. if this is a normal they should at least post lunch hours on the door so we know not to come during that time vice coming only to get a sign posted in your face stating they are closed for lunch. UPDATE: I spoke with Amy today and must say I do understand that emergencies happen which can cause a change in daily operations. Thank you so much for taking the time out to speak with me today.

I feel hesitant to leave a 2 star but I am draw to because their pricing for the service I had is off and their response to my feedback was poor. They charge $2 to print from an email attachment sent to their email which FedEx does not charge for. I could use their computer to print and avoid that charge but to use their computer is $2 minimum. They also do not provide wifi for their customers. When i offered this feedback to the staff, his response was "well, we dont get wifi either." His demeanor was unempathetic and annoyed. It felt like they are off on what they charge based off of the value of the products and services from my visit.

I work for a major farming equipment manufacturer and have brought heavy packages to this store everyday. I have been taking our business to them for over a year and am treated like family! I am always greeted, instantly provided with help carrying packages and have have experienced excellent and professional treatment. I am very impressed with the owner who is always willing to take on any task and provide quick and efficient service as well as helpful tips. I will recommend this store to any and all who are in need of shipping services.

Please, what ever you do, dont go there. This is the worst place to go to for anything. Its all about the money with them when it should also be about customer relations. What happened to the days when "customers are always right"? Some places of business lack simple respect and this place is at the top of that list. Most of the workers including the so called manager are incompetent. Im not going to even try to narrate my experience with them, but I would say this, save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere.

Ive been to several UPS stores across the area and this is, by far, the worst one. If you just want to drop something off to ship, go ahead. However, if you want to print something, go anywhere else. The UPS store in Smithfield will gladly work with you, make you feel important and they will ALWAYS get my business. This UPS store charges $2 plus the cost of the copy to print something off of a USB! Who charges $2 for "computer time?" Go anywhere else, dont waste your time here.

I only went in the store to use the computer..a faint smell of smoke hit me in the nose..soon it got stronger..then another customer came into the store and asked the young lady clerk.."is someone in here smoking"? And the clerk said no thats out back the door is open and someone is standing right there smoking..the customer said thats not right..apparently the clerk condoned it because she was back n forth while the customer is waiting Sad situation

4th time I havent gotten my package and when I do get it I have to stay off work to literally watch for the truck. They dont leave a note or anything. They dont know where it is at in transit or who has it. I would like my package or my money back. Thank You.

Ship out boxes several times a week and they are super friendly and very helpful. They are all always doing everything they can to help me and my business. From helping me to pack boxes to helping me save money as much as possible. Highly recommend!
