Copico in Suffolk Va. is not a business I recommend at all. I went in to get a file printed from a flash drive and was told by the rude man at the counter was that it would be and hour and a half to do this 5 minute print job! When I asked why it would take so long to do such a simple thing he rudely told me it would now take two and a half hours to do it! The owner crumpled up the paper used to write down what i wanted and he walked away from me. This man I later found out was the owner of this business so even when I called to complain about my poor experience there was no way to resolve the issue. I went down the street to the ups store and was treated with respect and my printing was done in under ten minutes. There was an out of town business woman who had also left the Copico and was in the ups store and she also received better customer service as well at the ups store. If you want to be treated with respect and have your job done quickly and professionally DO NOT GO TO COPICO. copico also charged twice as much for the same services that were better performed at the UPS store or any where for that matter.

I had HORRIBLE experiences in the past about 4 years ago and I made up my mind to never go back and just stick with another printer. The owner is very rude might I add. I went for a quick job recently (after 4 years, even though I didnt want to) I got 5 color prints and spent $14.00!!!!!! I felt robbed because I wouldve only spent less than $5 at Office Max. I only paid for it because I was pressed for time. NEVER AGAIN and I mean it this time.

I have used Copico for years for a wide variety of printing and mailing projects. Owner Darren Schultz is a courteous professional who does nice work at a fair price. I just cant imagine why there are any bad reviews for this company.
