Over priced, Missing Mail, and Late Mail. After being a customer for a couple years we continue to receive mail from previous owners of the box. Weve had at least 4 checks diverted to the wrong box and had to track them down without assistance from the owner. That is the least of the issue. After complaining on several occasion about receiving mail post marked 1 - 3 months ago and emphasizing the harm and inconvenience this could pose our business and our customers the owner made no apology and became defensive and took absolutely no responsibility for mail the apparently lost/ mis-sorted in house. Remedies to issues experienced here are often addressed by the owner offering you another for fee service. Last, I warn anyone who dare risk doing business at this location to look at every receipt to ensure you are not charged for services you do not purchase. Further be aware that it will take an act of Congress to have the owner even consider refunding you. Despite the excellent location we made the decision to move to a less convenient location so we and our customers can receive more reliable service. It would be fabulous if similar business opened nearby. Especially if it were run by the young man who worked there 2 years ago as we never experienced these problems when he was there. There is no doubt most customers who Ive spoken with would migrate.

Nightmare: dont do it. Heres why. I went to the E Lombard St. location to return a Verizon modem after the the W Pratt location employee refused to do it because "it was too complicated". Referred to the E Lombard store, I called in advance this time to make sure theyd be able to do the return; and asked how the parking was. The employee there, Lewis, said he could do the return and that "parking wasnt a problem". I thanked him and told him Id be right over. When I arrived, parking was a nightmare and when I reached the store, there was a sign on the door that someone would be returning in 10 mins. (the door was locked). I thought, "didnt I just tell him I was on my way?...Why would he leave immediately when he knew a customer was going to arrive shortly?" I waited a full 10 mins. outside (and it was cold), and just as I was about to leave the package with a note on it, he arrived and let me in (with no apology). He took my package and gave me a receipt. Its been a month now and Verizon is still charging me for the modem I returned. Obviously, they have not received it. Needless to say, I will never go to either location again, and warn anyone else.

This whole ordeal has been ludicrous! I see that my package is out for delivery so I call to MAKE SURE I know what time they close and this guy insists they dont receive UPS ground shipments there. After a few attempts, it seems to click and he says the packages normally come in around 4pm. I ask what time they close and he says 7pm. Around 5:45 I call again just to see if the package has come in even though it still says out for delivery. He says the truck has already been there and I must be mistaken. I call the main UPS number and they informed me that truck had not been there yet and should be there around 6pm. Sure enough, at 6:14pm I received a notification that it had been delivered. I drive down there and get to the door at 6:25pm and the door is locked! No one inside! The sign on the door says it closes at 6:30 despite what the website AND UPS told me. I called the main number and was told they should not be closed! They have sent a report to the local HQ about them being closed during hours they should be open. I will never use this UPS store again!

Had to get my mailbox transferred to another location because the parking situation is beyond horrible. And Baltimore City Police know this so theyll wait for people to try to pull up and then start harassing them. One lady cop told me "if you get out your car to go in there, Im going to write you a ticket"? When I asked where else can I park, she proceeded to pull out her ticket book and says "try me." So I catch hell before I can even get out my car. The store owner nickels and dimes you every step of the way (to drop off a package with prepaid label and everything on it). Im surprised he didnt charge me for breathing the air inside his store. For what its worth, the employee Lewis is friendly and professional. If the owner ever loses this guy, its game over. Hes probably the only thing keeping this guys doors open lol

This store lost my package. When I talked to corporate a month after it had not arrived, they could not find it and deemed it lost. However, a year later this store called me to tell me they had mysteriously found my package. When I called to give them a different address to ship it to, I found out that they had indeed destroyed my package. The owner kept repeating "trash out". Since he was so unprofessional, I called corporate again. They told me that this store had actually had my package for 10 months before they even bothered to call and let me know it was there. If you care about your package making it to its final destination, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This store is a joke. My experience was so terrible I will see to it that UPS removes their affiliation with this store. The owner and I had a less than 1 minute conversation. He told me he was too busy to deal with some concerns I had about my package. These concerns were very important to me as a customer. This guy actually yelled at me for taking up his time and HUNG UP ON ME. I am not exaggerating this. Our conversation was less than 1 minute. This owner cant even take less than 1 minute to address my concerns. The situation is so terrible it is funny. Please, NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.

Had a package shipped there because UPS wont deliver to my apartment, after being advised to do this via UPS customer service. Since I was out of town, I called UPS and was told that they should hold it for 5 business days. Once it was delivered, they returned to sender after 4 days (not 4 business days—4 days). When I called them, they refused to check on the status of the package, refused to take down the tracking number, and told me that they just didnt have it, and that I should call UPS. Rude, unprofessional, absolutely will never deal with again.

Im basing this rating on my one and only visit here. It was such a pleasant surprise after seeing the poor reviews this place has received. The young man who helped us could tell we were having a tough day - made more difficult by the fact that their notary was not available at that time of day. Even though we were inexpressive, he still met us with enthusiasm and a smile. To top it off, he even gave us a treat without us asking for anything. I wish I got his name so I could commend him on here. Thanks so much!
