**WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR INK REFILLED!! THE INK EXPLODED IN MY NEW CAR ALL OVER MY SEAT! THEY WOULDNT EVEN REPLACE IT!! DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THE CARTRIDGES NEVER WORK RIGHT I HAD TO TAKE THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES! THE WORKERS ARE REALLY RUDE AND DONT KNOW THE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS! THE PLACE REAKS OF DOG PEA! AND THE PRICES ARE LIKE A DOLLAR CHEAPER THAN STAPLES!! I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I WERE YOU....**

Printed fine after taken out of package and installed. Needed to print again after a few weeks without use and black ink cartridge does not print. Still shows at least 75% percent ink remaining. Not to happy about this purchase after thinking I can save some money and now I think it has dried up for sitting without use for a few weeks.

Have been a Cartridge World customer for 2-3 years. Have had very good success with their refill cartridges. Had a couple defective cartridges that were replaced with no hassle and frienndly service. Would highly recommend this business.
