Completely incompetent. Didnt even know what an international zip code looked like. I had the address written clear as day on the package and spelled it out for the "child" behind the counter 5 times. She still got it wrong and the owner wanted to charge me $15 to have it changed. You should bypass this store and go to the one on Portsmouth Blvd. for lower prices and better knowledge of how the shipping system works.
