I am very pleased with the product we purchased from Designs, Inc. in Virginia Beach. I am the baseball coach at First Colonial HS in Virginia Beach, and we needed a recognition sign to recognize donors for a major upgrade we did to our playing facilities. Abbey from Designs was very professional and accomodating throughout the whole process. I sent in numerous changes throughout the process, and she always took them with a smile. She also was very helpful in laying out the sign...something I had no idea how to do. Finally, the final product that we recieved was first class and very fairly priced; I will definitely be coming back for anything I need in the future. Thanks!!!

Tried to use them twice. First time brought an image file to the Kempsville store, they didnt seem interested in helping, suggested I go to the other location. Apparently they dont print anything there, its just a drop-off location or something. Staff wasnt helpful or knowledgeable. Second time I needed a small job, submitted a request via the email link on their site...bad address. Re-submitted via web form and got a response 3 days later. Quote price was more than double what I would expect to pay elsewhere. They may do awesome work but are just too expensive and hard to deal with.

I have come to know the owner of DeSigns Inc. and I am shocked at the post claiming the "worst customer service". A company does not stay in business for over 20 years by treating customers unfairly and ignoring complaints. This is a professional and reputable company that does great quality work for many highy visible businesses in Hampton Roads as evidenced by the examples posted on this page and the DeSigns Inc. website. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for Vehicle Wraps, Signs, Lettering, Hats, Screen Printed T-Shirts, etc. that you call DeSigns Inc.

Norfolk store. Horrible experience, they wont use your personal image and charge you if they have to get an image. If they use their own image and its not to your liking they will charge you additional $10 for every revision after the first two. We decided to keep over priced business cards but cancelled the vehicle decal. Michelle who is the boss I guess is not customer oriented and will charge you if you cancel due to not liking their design. They have 4 locations and STAY AWAY from all locations.

I am so glad I came across DeSigns, Inc. through searching local tshirt companies in the HR area! The entire process was a breeze and the customer service was above and beyond. The quality of the shirts - great! And on top of that, the printing of the shirts I ordered took A LOT shorter than I originally expected. Great company! I will definitely recommend it to others.

I have done business with Designs for over 20 years and have NEVER had a problem with their service. In fact, they will go to extreme lengths to satisfy any customer who raises an issue. They are truly the best sign shop in Hampton Roads for both quality and service.

All began and ended well, and my final products (magnetic car signs and a yard sign) are spectacular. Unfortunately, some procedural rudeness and lack of cooperation with the art supervisor (Michelle) prevents a 5-star rating.
