Pac N Mail recently shipped an 8 foot table and 8 chairs from my sisters house in Hampton to my house in Florida. The shipping crate was extremely well built, the table and chairs were well protected, and it took only 3 days to arrive! The entire transaction couldnt have been smoother. But the best thing of all is that I knew from the beginning that the folks at Pac N Mail had my best interest at heart. They are kind people and awesome to do business with. I highly recommend Pac N Mail!

Great place and value! However, no notary service as they stopped this a few months ago. Better hours service and customer service than any UPS store u have been to. I do wish they offered a bigger box in case ( e.g leave a key to bigger box in your box so u may pick up those items after hour then you could just put that key in whatever box etc thats easier for them..

I stood in line for 10 minutes before a employee says to a customer who just walked in "Oh" theres 2 lines and you can drop off pre paid pkgs with no wait. NO ONE OFFERED THAT SERVICE TO ME. I left my pkgs reluctantly contemplating on going Back & getting my pkgs. I didnt even get a receipt, Not happy with their service today

I went here to print a couple photos off that were going to be displayed in an exhibition. The quality of the prints were excellent and the staff was very helpful. Katie went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the prints. I highly recommend coming here as the customer service I experienced can not be topped!

Pac N Mail is definitely your one stop shop for all your packaging, shipping, and printing needs. I walked in to print some documents off, and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. They also offer notary service as well at an extremely low rate. It was very convenient because the bank closed at 5.

I have used the Coliseum Crossing facility only twice, but each time the staff has been just so personable and friendly. Who knew that shipping a package could be such a wonderful experience? Some of the US Postal facilities could learn a thing or two from these folk. I look forward to my next visit.

Aside from being conveniently located in my neighborhood, I findit simpler to conduct all my postal, printing, faxing etc. Even mass shredding, ie all that dam mail build up at the house. Im actually outfront writing this, I used their scanning and email to send a doc. to my job.

The Pac N Mail shipping in Hampton, VA is VERY fast and convenient. The staff is very friendly. I would much rather go there to ship my packages than the post office. Plus, they have frequent shipper cards where you can get money off a future shipment.

I go here all the time to send things out and avoid the lines at the post office. Im always in and out quickly, and I was even out quickly the day before Christmas Eve. I love that theyre open on Sundays so I can get my postage in a pinch!

Great service! I like the fact that I can just bring an item, and they will pack it for me. Even if i just use a USPS with a standard shipping. I didnt even needed to bring the box. I gave my package, paid the fee and left.
