This company bought out a supply house in Allentown, PA that I have used for about 30 years. In spite of the promises they made, once the buy out was complete they discontinued some of the products I had come to rely on and more importantly customer service went from being really good to bad. They eliminated staff which negatively affected the quality of service. One area of real concern for me is they do not give you the date on which they credit your monthly payment to your account. So I received a finance charge for a payment I made that they claimed was late but I have no idea how late they are claiming the payment was or if it was really late at all. I just have to take their word for it. In my opinion this is not being honest.

Great place to work most of the time. Most of the people including most of management are very good people. Who occasionally have their moments for very little reason unless there is pressure coming from above . Most of my co-workers are great people and make working there enjoyable. Although there are a couple whose ways, lack of effort, bad attitude and talking about people and telling tales make it very difficult to take at times and seriously makes me think if I made the right choice. Most of my customer base are akso fantastic people to deal with while I am doing a very tough job of Customer Financial Services Credit and Collections. Time is still going to tell a lot for me in the overall scheme of things.
