Horrible customer service. I am a contractor and ordered a part that went bad from cooper electric and was told it would be in in 1 week. On the 8th day I called in to find out the part was never ordered. I had the customer scheduled the following day and cooper electric is now saying the part will be in Friday (MAYBE). Which will be the 2 week point. I have a very important client waiting on this part. I am not one for purchasing things online but an online vendor of the part told me I could have it in 3-4 days. I wish I would have done that in the first place.

Good place, knowledgeable staff, dont mess up orders often, however they are not verry good at answering the phones.. But, they usually have what we need in stock
