Stopped in at colonial to see if they could help me with parts needed for custom install. Counter staffer suggested i contact manufacturer of product (which i had already) because he wasnt comfortable selling me the parts without him knowing exactly what was needed. I explained to staffer hes helping me find parts - not install the fixture... Was told he couldnt help me... whole time didnt get out of his seat or examine product i had laid on the counter... To make it even more frusterating, before i came i called ahead to make sure someone could help... but apparently the two men at the supply counter decided they wouldnt answer the phone so i was routed to deleware "bright light dealer" where a customer support associate told me the shop should be able to help me out... well i drove out for nothing... Waste of time...
