Will never shop here again. We bought a chandelier that was hanging in the showroom and ordered the companion pendant lights. We were forced to pay the entire bill in full and were assured that the items would be boxed, wrapped and ready to go within two weeks. After three weeks we received a call that the order was ready for pick up at the store. Upon arrival, nothing was ready! The chandelier which we had paid cash for was still hanging in the showroom! Abraham Ponce took forever to get our order ready while we waited. His associate - a woman- continued working or rather staring at her computer- nobody came to help. Initially when we came into the store Abraham was so clueless about the lighting fixtures we should have turned around and left but they did have a nice selection. He knows nothing about lighting and continually has to ask his associate. She seems to know everything but is reluctant to help him. The atmosphere is strained there to say the least. Our advice is to run as far as you can from this store!
