Big Bobs prices and customer service were wonderful. We truly felt like the employees cared about us and took time to answer all of our questions. However, Big Bobs hires contractors to do the actual installing, and we had several problems over the course of three different installers; forgetting to haul away old carpet, scheduling new times and not showing up, etc. Throughout our bad experience with the contractors, Big Bobs was polite and professional and did everything they could to fix the contractors and work with us to make us happy. In the end, they ended up sending out some of their own employees to finish a job and offered us a partial refund, which genuinely made us happy. Long story short: we definitely WOULD recommend Big Bobs because of their prices and customer service, but be warned about the contractors. Be extra clear with the work order before they begin, watch them while they work, and do not be afraid to call BBs if you have any questions or complaints.

Will never go there again....went and ordered carpet from them 3 weeks ago....was so disgusted with their service. They never told me that my order was on back order a week later after I called them to see when they were coming. They repeatedly lied to me and even told me they were coming one morning and never showed up...I called them 2 hours later and they said the carpet wasnt even there. Bob the person I spoke with didnt even have the decency to call and inform us. Needless to say I demanded my money back and went elsewhere and they came and installed my carpet the next day which was Carpet Mart EXCELLENT service and nicer carpet and padding!!

We recently used Big Bob’s Flooring to install new carpet in our office. We couldn’t be happier with the end results! Jen, Danny, and the installers were all fabulous to work with from every part of the process. We were in the middle of remodeling and working with contractors and painters and they were MORE THAN accommodating to work around our schedule and the contractors schedule to get the job done in stages. The installers ran into some pretty serious problems when trying to remove the existing carpet and they still finished on time! We highly recommend Big Bob’s for your flooring needs.

Ive purchased flooring from Big Bobs 4 times, and every time I was satisfied with the price and the service. I worked with Danny, who was always extremely helpful. We had the wrong flooring delivered once, and Danny came out and picked up the incorrect wood and dropped off the correct product. Id recommend these guys to anyone who isnt interested in paying Lowes prices for floors
