The owners son(co-owner) pulls out a pump that would pull fine from a water level in a garbage can just fine, ask the pump to draw from 4 - 5 feet below its intake, forget it... The owner had already explained that even if I brought the pump RIGHT BACK if I couldnt get the intake into the pit it had to go in....no refunds of any kind(translation, F-U) . Pump doesnt perform to expectations(F-U) our equipment doesnt work properly(F-U) I WAS looking fwd to having a close by rental source since I just bought a home here, Ill drive to Upper Marlborough if I have to to deal with Home Depot , or closer to Prince Frederic ACE which actually addresses customer service with something other then a "F-U" OH BTW, their pump was primed and started a min of 20 times and would NOT draw out of a hole much shallower then the length of the pickup hose....about 4.5 ft below pump intake.....after the owners rebuke I didnt expect any kind of service on this issue...

Beware horrible customer service!!! Rented a power washer for a day and had it delivered. The guy on the phone had a chip on his shoulder a sign of the attitude of the ownership. After using for two hours it wouldnt start after refueling. I called them, he said the owner would call me. In the mean time I got another one from a friend. He never called but showed up and demanded full payment even though it clearly was broken and wouldnt start. I even offered half a day payment. He said I broke it on purpose in order to not pay.... Really??! Give me a break you lost a customer and Ill be sure to tell everyone I meet. As a local realtor its a lot of people...

My company rents from these nice folks all the time (almost weekly), and weve hardly ever had any issues. Jeff and his dad are always great to deal with, and its nice to have a local place that has everything we need at any given time. Weve only had very minor issues with rental equipment, and the things that have happened couldnt be known before use. Well continue to do business with them, as we proudly, and wholeheartedly support our local small businesses!

I have rented from grand rental station a couple of times and the customer service is a hit and miss. Depending on who you deal with is whether or not you have a pleasant experience. As for the items that I rented, you cant really leave the store with a broken traffic cone or an appliance dolly, so as far as their rental stack goes I have no comments, good or bad.

Rented a slice seeder and after getting home found it to be not working correctly. Called to tell them I am returning it and when I arrived they charged me for 1/2 day use. No one in the office now for 3 days to answer why I am charged for equipment that does not work. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Been around for years! If you live around Lusby its the place to go for anything you need. Tools. Holiday decor. Mulch. Plants. Wood. Etc. And it sure beats driving across the bridge! Prices are average. Same as anywhere else. No complaints! Saves me time, and gas! going there!

Called in for a car battery. Oh yeah, we can get that for you, we will have it when you get here. Guess what? Wrong fricken battery. Are you serious? How hard is it when the customer tells you what battery to get and you cant even do that? Seriously!
