I have never had such bad customer service as I have experienced with Allied Building Products at 501 N North Point Road in Baltimore, Md. My husband and I have been renovating our kitchen and have received wonderful customer service from companies like, 84 Lumber and Home Depot. We ordered sliding glass doors from Allied and when I spoke to Josh about delivery, he told me, "your doors will be delivered in the morning." Two out of four doors showed up late and Josh told me he would look for my doors in the warehouse and call me as soon as he located them. He never called and never returned my calls. I told my husband that he needed to handle this company because I was not receiving very good customer service. When my husband was able to speak to Josh, the first thing he said was, "Finally, we get to speak man to man." Josh told my husband he would send the two missing doors in a week. We waited while our contractors were held up again. The doors finally arrived damaged. Josh has not contacted us regarding the damaged doors so my husband and I went to Home Depot and have 4 new doors in our home. I just want my money back from Allied Building Products and decent customer service would be appreciated.
