Manager is rude (juanita) . Called this branch to ask for some help, after a certain dept wasnt available or answering the phone, she decided to take my number down and my name, puzzled i asked her why she was taking this information down, she told me she was going to have someone give me a call (SHE IS A MANAGER HERSELF, WHICH IS WHO WOULD BE GIVING ME A CALL) I proceeded to ask her since that dept wasnt available can i just be transferred to a manager, she proceeds to put me on hold for about 10 mins to then pick up the line and tell me that SHE IS THE MANAGER, but at the moment she cannot assist me because she is with a customer, to what i replied that I would just rather hold since ive had to get in contact with this store 3 times today. Sad sad sad, if customer service is not something you are interested in, just dont work in customer service!!1

I really needed some advice on a home remodeling project and had several questions about product pricing, quality, etc. I honestly had no idea where to start and felt a bit overwhelmed. A manager, Mr. D. Gray, was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgable. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions. That manager made my experience a very pleasant one. I received outstanding service and my project turned out PERFECTLY! Kudos HDepot.You need more like him!!! :-)

On Sunday Feb 9, we visited your store and bought a tub. I would like to commend Devantae for his assistance and professionalism in selecting a tub. He knew all the features and benefits communicated them clearly and quickly comparing other tubs. I am glad you have such sales assistance available and will return to buy the other fixtures for my bathroom remodel. Keep up the good customer assistance; it’s what brings us back.

Im always here and always looking for someone to help with locating something. A few time that I would find someone they would kinda know what Im trying to find most of the time this takes place in the evening day time plenty workers with knowledge of the store and items. App and wedsight can use a little more help to find and ad in make a home project come together.

I went in the store to look for a whiteboard and they were on point on where to look, even though they did have it it was a damaged sheet and I couldnt use it. I called back the next day to see if they had it before I went, the phone call was under 10 minutes and they were helpful and very responsive just like the other day. Kudos!

Came here for screws for a crib. Couldnt find them. Customer care called on the loudspeaker for customer assistance on the loud speaker twice. minutes later, no one ever came. Grabbed a guy walking buy, he looked for 2 minutes & told me they dont have it & walked away.

Compared to other Home Depots in the area, the staff here are friendly and responsive. Ive had positive experiences in the flooring department in particular. I took off one star because I often have to search for help in some of the other departments.

I have called this business over a 3 day period..numerous times and no one picks up the phone.. theres no answering service....no option to leave a message ...I dont get it. Something has to be done. This is not how you do business. :(
