Manager Nikki was so rude when I went to price an item in clearance section. I noticed theres no price on the item and went to ask a lady about the price. The lady did everything to help me out and get the price but only the manager could give actual price. The manager Nikki was busy chatting with another employee and would not even leave her seat to check the item, the good lady went back and fort to take pictures to show Nikki who wouldnt leave her seat to check the item. when I walked to Nikki seat to talk to her, she had an attitude and didnt appear to be interested in dealing with me. I was disappointed and hate to give such a bad review where I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of goods over the last four years. I know there are lot of great employees that work so hard to keep that place running but activities of people like Nikki put their good work in jeopardy.

wandered around looking for security fence like the ones you use to block off lanes for forklift operations. Service desk she said look in lumber the lumber guy in told me to look in the isle we may have an extra one there. Finally I googled it and ot told me where to look for something similar and of course there were none. Disappointed with service again. However I used to install carpet for HD the Montgomery County/Gaithersburg stores always had your back. Knowledgeable staff Id never have wandered around for an hour looking for anything. There are plenty of orange aprons/shirts to assist. It makes me feel like my money is not that important in my area. I have transportation amd could have easily driven to LOWES in Clinton for better service. Disgruntled shopper in Oxon Hill. PLEASE ADDRESS

My family and I stopped here to pick up some wood for a project. First, no one was around to ask for any help so we had to go up to the front to have them call for help in the lumber section. She called and was told someone would be there to help up in isle 13. We went to wait in isle 13 for someone to come help and 20 minutes later, still no one showed up. On the way out, we witnessed several (at least 5) employees just standing around with their hands in their pockets not helping a single person. Needless to say, we were very unhappy when we left and have chosen to give our business to Lowes in Alexandria who has always been very helpful and polite.

Flooring staff is not good. They dont call back when they say they will. The flooring manager Nikki Jones does not call back when she says she will. They delivered the wrong color carpet to my home and didnt order the right color until two days later. I called the store twice and had to visit the store before they reordered the carpet. The worst part is that they took out about half of my carpet before realizing that they delivered the wrong carpet. It has been a terrible experience dealing with Home Depot.

Work in another home depot stores but was down visiting my friend and helping him with his house that he bought. Went into this store and was shocked by how out of touch this store was. The shelves were messy and full of empty holes where they have product available in the overhead. Walked by 7 employees none of which asked if we needed help or even bothered to say hello. Was very unimpressed with this store and will not be returning.

This home depot is a joke! They are constantly out of supplies they claim to have, staff is useless when you ask them to find something (after waiting half an hour for someone in the department to show up), and now they wont exchange a gallon of paint that was clearly not mixed correctly and they admitted this. I spend more than a grand a month at home depot! I am never shopping here again!

In preparation to install a back splash in my kitchen, I attended a floor tile workshop this morning in Oxon Hill. I was amazed at the knowledge that our presenter, Emerald Imhotep possessed. With about 10 peple attending, she was able to demo, recommend, and answer everyones question. I am sure that I will do a great jow with my back splash now that I have seen her demo. James Hilton

My experience on 6-3-2017 was great. The cashier teller name Kimberly was very helpful. Her greetings were very pleasant and professional. I asked her I hope you have store credits and without any attitude she explained that Home Depot do use some of the retail store coupons. I never knew that and she showed how customer service is suppose to be.

Yeah, lets close the loading dock garage door and register so I have to push 20 sheets of drywall all the way down to the foot entrance and then all the way back to the outside of the loading area where I can load it into my truck. Next time, I guess Ill just park in front of the doors and see of that gets their attention. If there is a next time.

R male with Home Depot was excellent the sales manager was excellent my cashier she was excellent it was good customer service in one of my Pettys when I shop or when I talk to someone I want to make sure that they give me good excellent service and they did that today they surrendered that thank you and be blessed and have a good day

I have a project to complete for a friend/neighbor who is moving soon. I had just gotten off work and was pleased to quickly find what I needed for the job as well as an item for my residence. Back in the parking lot, I was able to network with another customer which may yield a long term contract. Win/win across the board.

Terrible customer service, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and assist me. customer service rep called over 5 times. I called from my cell phone and still no response. I ask to speak with a manager on duty (MIKE) and said he was tied up he couldnt assist me at the time. THE WORST PLACE EVER

No SKU on a gutter downspout. Guy at register told me to go get a different one. I told him it was the last one, he said well he cant scan it. I told him to give it for free or figure it out. He then called someone to get a SKU. Dumb...dumb people. No care at all about their job. Useless.

Waited over an hour for someone to help load a vanity into my car... Despite multiple pages, nobody came to help. Loads of staff walking around not diing much. Finally recruited the security guard because Im 6 months pregnant (not supposed to lift anything heavy).

Not my favorite Home Depot. They dont seem to have as wide of a selection as others and there was a long line when I went to check out. It will do in a pinch and if you arent expecting much.
