Always heard good things about cracker barrel, this was my first time. Beautiful restaurant and the store smells wonderful. Waiter sounded like he was reading from a piece of paper. He forgot my biscuits until I asked for them, my eggs were pretty raw, bacon was burnt, and either I dont like grits and sausage gravy or I just dont like theres. The biscuits were OK, but didnt taste like anything and neither did my girlfriends French toast, they gave have me one thing of jam for two biscuits which would not have covered both biscuits if I ate them. In total I ate one bite of egg, one piece of bacon, half a piece of toast and half a biscuit. Its like they couldnt get out of their own way. So bad it was almost comical. And just to show how unalert our server was, he took the same amount of food back from me that he took out and charged me over $10... Not comical anymore. Never going back to a CB.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Staff is friendly but then theyd have to be for the slop they pass of as food. I wish there was a stronger word for bland but, everything was bland. I ordered the country breakfast specials with the gravy and all 3 meats and 1 pancake, the best part was the country ham. the eggs were too runny, the sausage was bland(how is that possible!!!), the hashbrowns( had too much onion powder and nothing else), grits and gravy were lumpy, bland and the texture was weird. it was like eating food someone chewed previously and spit back out,it made me gag! the pancake was doughy, even the biscuits were bland the worse food Ive eaten in my life.I have eaten at some bad places before but never have I had food that bad,and everything was cold I will NEVER EVER go back there again. I didnt eat anything so I ended up getting a hot dog and smoothie at WaWa

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. We felt unwelcome from the door. The hostess seemed as if it were an absolute bother to be sat down in a near empty restaurant. The food was rushed, and wrong. On top of wrong there was hair in it. I did not even have time to bring that fact up because two bites into my dinner I was given a receipt, and never saw my waitress again. Never was I informed that I had to pay up front in the gift shop. This issue was brought to the attention of the store manager on duty (hispanic gentleman) who refused to acknowledge there was an issue. Absolutely terrible location all around from quality of food to the service.

Food is normally great, but today it was really bad. Went for my 2 year anniversary and we both got the same basic thing. I was supposed to get a medium-rare sirloin and what I got was a very salty rare at best steak that was warm, the fried okra was crunchy if not hard and one again warm, the hash casarole was dry and hard and luke-warm, the macs and cheese was warm. As for my wife she was suppose to get a medium-well sirloin and it was rare and warm and salty, her sweet potato was cold in the center and not even cut, the fried apples were luke-warm at best, the fried okra was the same as me and her buscit was doughy in the center and almost cold.

This had to be the WORST place Ive ever been. Im not even sure where to start. The waiters seem like theyve never waited before in their lives. First we have a party of 7 and a baby. And she seats us right where you walk in at a 5 person table....and then is confused when we say we cant sit there. None of us got our meals at the same time. I believe two came out at a time. The food was terrible. Everything tasted freezer burned. And to top it off the waiter apologizes and says that the cooks dont like them to place more then four orders at a time......................................what kind of place is this i thought. NEVER AGAIN. What a joke

We arrived at 8:15p and they had already started cleaning to prepare to close at 10p. They were yelling loudly across the dining area about who had to clean what. Then they played a game of throw the dirty wet rag across the room - across our table. It was gross and extremely unprofessional. They had already packed away all the condiments for the night so we simply didnt get any. I thought maybe we were there after they had closed but NO. We still had an 1:45 till close. I think they need an ALL new staff. Food were pretty good.

This is a hit or miss place....can be a 5 or a 1....most times the crew is on top of things....once in a while we get a wait person that forgets everything....no substitutions on the menu stinks too....often loud too....lucky I gave a 3......2 1/2 is more accurate....(3/13 visit) me and the wife stopped in for an unusual late dinner....service was downright terrible...food was fine but we almost walked out twice...although food was ok, walked out with bad taste in my mouth...tighten up or we will avoid u at all costs

Was there on Memorial Day. Service was terrible. Asked the server several times for more napkins, never got them . A person at my table dropped a knife on the floor, asked for another, never got it. Sat waiting for our check, with all the empty plates on the table. Table never cleared. Finally, asked another server to get our check. Manager was walking around and never check on how things were. He asked outer diners. Will not be going back there for some time.

Coffee is hot and the gift shop is a family favorite. The "deep South" atmosphere feels forced, and the menu selection is oddly lacking. Why not keep the décor but use a modern menu? Anyway family friendly and well lit. Food is so-so. Edit: waitstaff managed to get all three of our orders wrong - wrong egg styles (twice), missing ordered items, items not ordered brought to our table. No one finished their meal. This location needs TLC.

I love Cracker Barrel, but this one is mediocre are best. The kitchen doesnt cook well, doesnt follow "how well done?" answers, so why bother asking us? And Ive been served frozen-in-the-middle grilled catfish on three separate occasions now. Its my favorite Cracker Barrel dish, but not here! My family loves their breakfasts, but dont order eggs unless you want them runny or scrambled; those are the only way they can cook them.

Not an experience I would want to have again. Soda had a funny taste and the waitress said We were not the only ones to complain about it that day. The biscuits and cornbread was so hard that you could probably drive nails with them. If you go you might want to bring a flare gun to get the attention of your waitress. Thats the downside. The positives are the rest of the food was decent and the price was reasonable.
