I have been to this store repeatedly the last few weeks to discuss options on my upcoming plan expiration. Ive dealt with 2 gentlemen. One is very helpful and knowledgeable. The other one is very pushy, sarcastic, pompous, and arrogant. Today was my last visit in. First I stopped in to ask if they had unlimited plans since I couldnt remember. The rude one said "didnt we discuss that the last time you were here?" Then later I went in to let the nice guy know my husband and I will be in that evening to purchase the phone we spoke about previously but that we are not interested in any other services. We needed to be in and out. He said sounds good. The other employee, who was chatting with a friend in the store, interrupted and said " you mean you dont want us to do our job?" and started discussing how I asked for them not to offer anything else to us later to his friend. Loud. Laughing. Like I wasnt still standing there. Unprofessional, rude, and just ignorant. Sorry I will not be in to make the deal with the nice guy, and even more sorry that I was too embarrassed to get the other guys name...but I will not be using the store anymore.

Wow! We had the most amazing, refreshing experience at this store. Hands down the best cell phone store experience and service EVER. We tried the ATT store in Chadds Ford as well as the Best Buy... the ATT in Kennett Square ran circles around everyone else!!!! The best part of the experience was Evert B, the wireless specialist who assisted us. He was just the right combination of straight forward, helpful, and creative in making sure we left with the right phone for us at the best price. We actually felt VALUED as customers and felt that he truly went above and beyond expectations to earn our business, without being pushy or aggressive. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and ensured the whole process went smoothly. Highly, highly recommend you check out this store. We plan to make the 30+ minute trip to drive specially to this location in the future instead of going to other ATT locations closer to us - thats how good it was!

I wanted to add a line to my account and my work schedule was conflicting with the hours of operation. The employee told me on the phone that they would be open later just for me. When I arrived, the employee was there as indicated on the phone. There was an error in the activation of the line so the employee had to get on the phone to resolve it. We stayed three and a half hours past their closing time to ensure that the transaction was completed. During the time I was there, more customers kept arriving and getting their issues resolved. He stayed on the phone with customer support as he replaced a customers broken screen protector. He figured out how to get me an additional gigabyte of data for the same price and even managed to get me an employer discount. I left the store at 8:30 PM on a Friday night a satisfied customer. The representative stayed there helping an elderly lady that had walked in while he was on the phone.

I can only give it 1 star, I would like to give it ZERO. The two young gentlemen working this afternoon were very rude and condescending and said the problem was NOT AT&Ts and I would have to buy a micro repeater to get service in my house. I left the store and was on my way to Verizon to change services when I called corporate technical support and they fixed the problem over the phone. I will never go into that Kennett Square AT&T store for anything. Edvard and his buddy almost lost a customer who has been with AT&T for over 20 years.

I give this place one star, because I cant give a zero. Its places like this that make me go on line rather than to a storefront. Recently, they tried to "sell" me a sim card for an unlocked phone. According to ATT customer service, the storefront folks are supposed to give these for free when you are changing phones, no matter what the origin of the phone.

If I could give this location zero stars I would Ive been waiting for over an hour for one phone case and no questions no account modification just a phone case. This is not the first time this has happened to me but it will be the last. The drive to a further location is worth it do not waiste your time at this store! 0 stars

Extremely unprofessional! One of the employees discussed my case to another client that walked in! Which there was no need for I dont want everyone else knowing what I am going in for. That same employee treated the other person more professionally and polite I am guessing racial status had something to do with it!!!!
