I was searching for a round therapeutic memory foam bed in size small to fit into the Orvis wine barrel dog bed (which btw is beautiful). Unfortunately, all round memory foam beds (in size small) were sold out online. So, I talked to one of the Orvis sales reps at the Orvis Downingtown store; her name was Bonnie. She was able to not only find the bed for me but also gave me a $25 off discount (with free shipping directly to my home). Bonnie, youre the greatest (and my aging chi could not be happier)! In my experience, I have found Orvis customer service and their 100% satisfaction guarantee the best in the business. Thats one of the reasons I am willing to pay more for their products; I know I am paying for good quality goods (many still being made in the USA) with great customer service. Thank you Orvis for having such helpful staff!

Orvis is all about fly fishing. Dan and his team know more about the sport than any other outfitter. They give you their expert and honest review on equipment, and are happy to recommend the right fly for where you are fishing. They also keep a current report on local streams and want you to catch fish as much as you do. I get all my gear at Orvis, not only because of the quality of the product, but because of the people behind the product at their retail and outlet locations. All professionals who have a real passion for what the do.

Orvis is a little over priced for the quality of what you get. The people that work there are certainly a snooty bunch that act like I should be happy I was even let in the door. Dont think I would go out of my way to shop there.
