Went to drop off a package today. Staff very helpful, but really miffed because I had to pay three dollars for a piece of tape on one of the ends. At the post office they do it for free. Apparently ten cents worth of tape is worth three bucks. Talk about gouging! Anyway I wont make that mistake again. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The help though r top notch.

Shipment of medication to a friend vacationing in Mexico failed due to the UPS Stores failure to inform me of the need for a special permit on the receiving side. Contacted UPS for resolution only to discover UPS Stores are not owned by UPS. UPS Store would not own up to their failure. I am totally dissatisfied and will not do business with them again.

Why offer a notary service if you do not offer that service all the time?, why would you not post the hours of the notary at your store? And theb suggest i drive Half an hour out of my away to go see " your " notary at another location. So dumb.

I use them for my local business printing needs, but I also used them personally to print my wedding invitations and cut them. Everyone there is super creative and awesome and the prices are fantastic! They couldnt be better!
