This store reaches a new low in professionalism, competence, and accountability. After visiting this retail location at 291 Exton Square Parkway, Exton PA 19341 I once again experienced the atrocious customer service that prompted my carrier change to Verizon. In late August, I paid Aprox. $420.00 at the Exton in order to be rid of my rubbish Sprint Mobile service. I was assured by the "agent" that this was the total sum of Early Termination Fees and Device Payment Buyouts I would need to pay to cancel my service. Lo and Behold, in mid-September I received ANOTHER bill for aprox. $92.00 in charges the clearly incompetent agent failed to mention or address. After 2+ hours on the phone with customer service, I managed to get the bill dropped (again, due to the idiocy of this locations staff) and my service cancelled. Given the aforementioned issue, I decided to visit the location one final time yesterday to ensure that this would indeed be the end of dealing with ArchTelecom and Sprint. I stood in the lobby for nearly 25min. without my presence so much as being acknowledged, let alone greeted and wait time addressed. When I was finally noticed, I was informed it would be ANOTHER 30min. wait to address what should have been a very simple question. I cannot emphatically stress just how utterly annoyed and irate I am with respect to this location, ArchTelecom and Sprint as a whole. Given my long tenure with the company and the substantial amount of funds I have paid in services over the years, I would expect any reputable business to have some modicum of respect for its clients and effective customer service.

I had sprint a long time ago and service and everything was great. We specifically left our phone company to come back to sprint because of the deal they were offering on tv. The guy who signed us up in this store must have never properly put the infomation in the computer and it has done nothing but cause me headaches since we signed up. Not only was I quoted a bill of approximately $170 per month my bill was $240 or higher every month so far. Each time I tried to have this addressed there would be some BS reason why it wasnt and they would promise next month it will be the $170. I never once even yet have a recieved a bill in the mail causing additional issues which are not my fault. I even called the main phone number to make sure the setting was that I would get paper mail. NOW Ive just received a text from sprint telling me to turn in my old phone or they will be charging me $140 dollars. WELL to bad I cant since I already did in person the day I was at the store and signed up I literally am fuming mad about this. I switched to reduce my bill and its cost me almost $100 more EVERY SINGLE MONTH since. They lied about things to get us to sign up and when your face to face theres every excuse in the world why they cant fix it. Its beyond wrong, I handed in an Iphone 5c the day of sent our other andriod phone is by mail. If I get charged this amount for yet ANOTHER one of the screw ups I dont care what it does to my credit they can take their phone service and shove it!

Ive been a Sprint customer for over a dozen years now, and the Exton Square Mall store location has always been my go-to for anything that Ive needed. Whether it was time to upgrade, or I had broken a device (which happens a LOT, because my phones take a LOT of abuse between me being clumsy, having kids and dogs, and all of the outdoorsy stuff my family is into), or I just had a question or concern, these guys and gals have hooked me up with just what I need every single time. If theres a problem, they solve it. And I end up in there a LOT because I have a tendency to destroy phones in record numbers. Theyre even great at helping get my phone insurance claims handled so I can get broken devices replaced! Everyone is very knowledgeable regarding the available devices and how they work, as well as the plans that are available, and any discounts that you may be eligible for on your plan. I highly recommend this be your spot for all of your wireless needs.

I recently purchased two phones from this store. Was told about a credit union discount I was eligible for, and signed up. It has been nothing but back and forth with Sprint. I fax something they tell me to, then I get an email saying its the wrong thing. I ask what they need, I resend it, and what do you know its wrong again! I was told activation fees would be waived. Guess what? Theyre not! I was not told about Spring ASL charges and the surcharges. AVOID THIS STORE, and SPRINT itself should be avoided! **Edited as of a month later** Got our second bill, and it double the cost the sales person said it would be... We are paying $135 for each iPhone, $270 for the pair.. That was for the minimum amount of minutes, and everything to keep the price down. Or so we were told.. And dealing with representatives to fix this problem makes you want to throw your over priced phone at the wall.

The guys and gals at the Sprint store in the Exton Square Mall in Exton, Pennsylvania REALLY know how to make you feel welcome. Not only are they polite & energetic, they greet you with a smile every time, and are always ready to serve you. The team of experts know their products and I definitely leave a happy customer knowing that all of my needs have been met. If I had to recommend which sales member at Sprint (Exton), to go see it would be my friend Elijah!!! Fantastic experience at this store and my fiance and I were extremely happy that sales representative, Donte, listened to our issues and clearly articulated the best solutions. Whats more, Store Manager, Ellijah DonMartin was a refreshing change regarding the professional and personal customer service he provided. My fiance and I have spent a large portion of our careers in large account sales and we both were very impressed with all aspects of the transaction. Go to this store and you will walk out happy from the experience. Last, you will never feel rushed or pressured by this staff which savvy buyers dislike these days.

Had an issue with my galaxy s5, they ordered another phone for me called me and told me I can come pick it up. Drove after work from Paradise PA to Exton PA to be there for 4 hours and be told that I wont be getting my cell phone and probably wont get it for a few days. Told them I need a cell phone due to mine not working properly and did not want to update due to was going to get on my own plan eventually. Was arguing with the guy Rob for the longest than was threaten that I wasnt going to get a phone at all if I was going to give them a bad review. Been with sprint for years now and never received bad service until now .
