They simply did not perform the tire repairs on our two bikes. Charged us for it. WTF? I think the bikes just werent ready. They had already put us off once with "bikes not ready" when they were first promised. They acted surprised when I came in when I said I would. When I went in to pick up the bikes, the employee who was supposed to be getting them for me and ringing me out left me standing there while he went to try to sell a bike to a man who had just walked in the door. Guess Im not kewl enuff for their rad phat strip-mall posse. Ive gotten attitude before from the young male employees of local bike shops -- including one who tried to sell me a "comfort bike" and nearly experienced the comfort of a handlebar lodged in a warm, dark, moist place -- but that was really over the top. "Old lady will wait, Im gonna make a sale to this dude with the tribal tats and nose ring." I was jumping roots on a hardtail when you were a pinhole in a Trojan, punk. You work in a SHOP. Get over yourself. I was your CUSTOMER. But not anymore.

First off Im from De . I have been to this shop a few times. when Im in the area visiting. Today I stopped in because I broke my shifter on my mt bike. They glad to help , however there is only one shimmano XT 10 speed shifter in the area. I do have my sights on a new Squisher so the let me take out a fuel ex9 for a test ride. I thought they are on par with most bike shops , they where even dropped the price $700 on the bike I was looking at.Plus since I live in sales tax free De he offered to meet me half way on the tax burden. The head mechanic seemed knowledgeable about Mt bikes and suspension and hubs. Now I have been to a few bike shops lately and have found I know more about the bike then the salesman, I will say the one salesman was lacking in product knowledge. I might buy the bike from them however Im not sold on the wheel set and paint scheme.

Great people and mechanics at this shop. I have been here multiple times for various items and service. I recently had an issue with my brakes. I took my bike elsewhere first as at the time it was more convenient. That other store said the brakes should be warrantied but later said that unfortunately they were not. Brake problems persisted so I took the bike here to Trek. I let them know of the brake problem and that if they cant be warrantied, that I need to do something to fix them. Lo and behold, the brakes were warrantied. These guys are pros.

We had a flat tire on my wifes bike on 4th of July--so sad! Took it to the Cranberry Trek store and Tim fixed the tire promptly and courteously (was not grumpy even though he had to work on the holiday!) and saved our excellent holiday bike ride. While in the store a newer bike caught my eye and so now we are working with Tim on the purchase of new bikes for my wife and myself. We have really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful Tim has been.

nice store, great location, unfortunately their prices reflect this. Been there twice to buy a bike and they were more excited to sell me that bike than properly "fit" me and my daughter with the right size bike. Who would try to sell a $900 dollar mountain bike to a 10 year old girl? they tried I respect local businesses but dont take advantage of me because you saw me drive up to the front of the store in my 100K bmw.

I was getting ready to head out for a quick evening ride when I realized my tubeless tire had gone flat. I stopped in here as it was the closest bike shop near me. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped what he was working on and promptly re-taped, filled with sealant, and inflated both of my tires. The price was very reasonable and he showed me how to do it for next time. Ill return for any bike work needed.

I am from out of town, here in PA on business and of course brought my bike. My chain broke on the trail. I googled for a bike shop near my hotel because I knew it would take forever to get my bike fixed. The guys were way helpful. Offered to fix it up on the spot. Didnt gouge me on price and even gave me a discount on some gear I picked up while I was there. Do not get service like this very often from bike shops.

Ive had pretty good service minus the extra time it took to get my bike in. The staff is helpful and generally pleasant.
