When I was looking for a new mountain bike, I wasnt sure what exactly I was looking for. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. I test rode multiple bikes, from 26" full suspension to hardtail 29ers. Paul and Christian from the front desk took the time to adjusted the bikes till I felt comfortable. I wound up with a 2013 Trek Superfly Al Elite... I really wanted a carbon frame for the added comfort but the aluminum was a great deal. Since the purchase I took the bike back for maintenance as they suggested and the bike has handled everything I could throw at it. Im completely satisfied with my purchase and the shopping experience. They also introduced me to local group rides which Im very thankful for. If you’re in the Pittsburgh area, Id highly encourage you to join them for one of their rides. Great people.

All of the Trek Stores have been wonderful! I visited a competitor for a Wheel Tuning on an Off Brand Bike. Not only did they need the entire bike because they did not have a wheel machine, but they also could not schedule me for an appointment for 6 days! I visited the Trek store in Robinson today, and they were able to replace a tube on one of my wheels within 20 minutes, and had already looked at the damaged wheel on their machine. I dont expect the repair to take very long. This is my second visit to the Trek Repair Department! I am very impressed not only with their professional attitude and skillset.... But also with their Prices! Do not be afraid to take your bike (Any Brand) to them! You will be amazed how quick and inexpensive these guys are! FIVE STARS FOR TREK in Robinson Township!

When I got to the store there was no less than 5 employees for a tiny store. Im not sure if it was a shift change or not. I did get great, prompt customer service (unlike my previous excursions at performance bike). I took the bike in because the wire connecting the front derailer was torn and needs to be replaced. Its not a big repair issue, simple fix. They then went on and said I needed a new chain; i can have the $45 or $75 one. Then it was $30 for labor. I walked out paying $85 for a broken wire. If you ask me, this is pretty expensive. Ill try to find somewhere cheaper. Overall it could be worse, at least I got the bike back.

My son was looking for a mountain bike for his after school mountain biking club and we decided to stop at Trek of Pittsburgh in Robinson. The experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I thought we would feel a little intimidated because we were new to this world. The staff was eager to listen and match us with equipment that fit our needs. Great staff, great product and a great place for everything you need. I highly recommend stopping in at Trek of Pittsburgh in Robinson.

Bought a helmet at the trek store in robinson, the owner, i guess he was the owner was rude, he and the rest of his staff acted like i was in the way. They was closing in half in hour and you would think that they would be happy to have a customer. So I bought the helmet, but I bought my new $2,000 bike somewhere else. Sorry boys, you missed out. Wouldnt buy a brake pad from there.

Honest people!!! Took bike there to get ready to ride. Was in storage for over 13 years. Expected to hear needs $100+ then why not just buy a new bike... but...he put air in the tires and said, "Good to go". We were amazed. Will definitely go back and definitely recommend!!!

Went in to get pedals reattached to 2 bikes. They took them right away and had them done immediately at no charge even though the bikes were not purchased there, nor are they Trek. We will be heading back for anything we need.

Excellent bike store. The employees are always helpful and they take care of their customers. They helped us pick out bikes that we really like and helped us set up the bike rack. Id recommend them to anyone!

These guys do a great job on repairs on my bike. I get my bike tuned up there every spring. they also did a nice job helping me get my new bike rack set up on my car. Great customer service all around.
