B & Js was highly recommended to me so I went and immediately met Vinnie. I was in the market for a mountain / trail bike, and being a newbie I didnt want top of the line, but wanted a good bike. I also wanted a place I could return to if I had questions or needed help in the future. Vinnie listened to me and asked questions - something the other bike shops I had previously visited did not do. I asked him lot of questions and Vinnie was a wealth of knowledge. I bought a bike that I am very happy with & I know I can visit B & Js for any help I may need in the future. No other bike shop could/would have given me the deal on the bike I purchased. (I feel like I stole it from them.) I highly recommend this shop, they sell all styles of bikes and for any level of rider. The employees have zero ego, are very helpful / informative, and love what they do.

The Owners were personable and nice; however, they were selling the discontinued Trek 2013 edition bike at the same price as the brand new 2014 Trek. I knew what the true price/value of the 2013 bike was--and they happily sold me the bike at the true price with no fuss-- but a less informed shopper might have trusted them and purchased the bike at the initial higher price quoted. If you choose to shop here, make sure you do your homework on the specific make and model of the bike before you commit to their prices. The shop looks nice; the people are great; but i have to give a lower rating based on the fact that I couldnt trust the quoted price. Just sell the bike for what its worth.

I went to these guys based on a recommendation from a colleague from work and the fact I had a groupon. I was told to ask for Vinnie to get Fitted. The staff told me they would tune the bike up 1st and then they would fit me when I came to pick up the bike the next day. I called and was told to come in around 1pm for the fitting. It took all of 15 minutes and I was out the door; I just went for a 5 mile trial ride and what a difference that adjustment and tune up made! .. I feel more confident now in making it thru this years S.M.A.R.T. Ride from Miami to Key West next month! I will definitely come back for future service with these guys!! AWESOME JOB!

I had to quit riding over 5 years ago due to hip problems. Now with new hips I wanted to get back on my vintage Cannondale Saeco. The Ultegra shifting lever for the rear derailler would not work. I took it in and Vinnie informed me that the shifters are obsolete and the new ones would be about $300 apiece and would also require the 10 speed cassette. I really didnt want to spend $700 on a twenty year, albeit, pristine classic. Lo and behold, Vinney goes into a parts cabinet and comes up with a used shifter that he installed for $100 including adjustment and replacing the cable. Above and beyond is all that I can say. I went into B & J Bicycle to purchase cycle shoes for spin class. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Ezio who jumped right in to help me with my purchase. He had me fitted with a shoe in not time flat that was comfortable and supportive. He also fitted my shoes with the proper clips while I waited. B & J Bicycle is a family owned business and you can tell the moment you walk in and that feeling is awesome in todays shopping landscape. I will be back to them anytime I need to make a purchase and for all my cycling needs!

I had previously shopped with them but decided to buy a bike online. I called them and asked if they would help put it together since it was only 85% complete when I received it, they said yes. The gentleman at the store proceeded to belittle my bike and told me you get what you pay for ( I was able to buy a similar bike for 1/2 their asking price) The items I requested corrected were either not done or completely off kilter. I suggest you find another place to purchase or service your bicycle.

Vinny and the guys at B&J are awesome. I got two top end road bikes from them- one for myself and one for my son. They had the best prices by far and really helped us to choose the right bike for both of us. My son is a young, athletic kid who got a more aggressive bike and Im slightly older and needed a comfortable ride. He had them both available. We also got great follow-up service with bike fitting and no-hassle parts swapping in order to get the fit right.

Bought my wifes bike here today. Excellent service they made sure are test rides were on a bike that was properly fitted and tires inflated. They encouraged us to test the bikes out, swapped handlebars, seats for us. They wanted us to have an excellent riding experience. These guys are customer oriented and the flow of traffic in their store tells me they have been doing things right for quite awhile. Thanks guys my wife is loving the ebike. Jeff Thomas

Im organizing a bike-a-thon from Coral Springs, to Arlington, Va, I came in with my 20 yr plus Colnago Master Plus bike, James replaced a spoke with great care, he adjusted my entire bike, however the best part I bought my first carbon fiber bike here, Im so happy I was given a great price and now I will be able to enjoy my upcoming event. B&J is the best bike shop in all of South Florida. I drive all the way from South Miami just to do business with them. Great prices, family run business with really helpful staff. Bought my Cervelo Soloist from them, great deal, and they also give free tune ups for 3 years with purchase! The average bike shop in the Miami area charges 40 and up for a tune up, so do the math. You cant go wrong with these guys.

I was extremely impressed with this bicycle center. They are very knowledgable but most importantly they provide excellent customer service and their prices are very competitive. Why would anybody go to a big box store if they provide personal service you will not find elsewhere. Thanks again!

Im so glad I told him I needed a long stem bike tube three times so many times that I felt I didnt have to check it guess I should have. their prices are too high and hes always so busy flapping his gums with somebody in the store that they dont pay attention to what youre asking for
