Outstanding service experience! I walked into Bicycle Evolution knowing I needed a bike, but otherwise completely clueless about what I wanted or what I should buy. Matt, the owner, listened to my needs, wants and concerns and selected a couple of bikes for me in a surprisingly reasonable price range. The second one he picked I liked but it was too big; however, Matt had the size I needed but it was still in the box. I told him I could come back in a couple of hours if he wanted to assemble the bike so I could try it. What amazed me is that he never asked for a deposit, there was no promise to purchase or that I would even return, he simply said he would do it. When I returned, the bike was assembled and ready to go. I took the bike for a quick test ride, and I knew it was the bike for me. When I got the bike home, I took a long ride around the neighborhood, and it was one the easiest and most enjoyable bike rides I have taken in a long time. Its like the bike is perfect for me, and I owe it all to Matt and his intuitive and outstanding customer service.

My Trek bike stopped shifting, so i googled a few bike shops nearby, one of them was bicycle evolution. I live nearby and had seen it many times. A few other larger bike shops popped up as well on google. However, I decided to go to bike evolution first. and will not go anywhere else! Matt, the owner, is the sole employee in this shop, and he is extremely helpful, knowledgable and an honest business man. I thought my shifters were broken, but matt explained to me how they functioned and that they were only in need of a little maintenance. lo and behold, they work like new now! Also, his $40 tune up should be $70-90 for the amount of good work he puts in. For $40 my bike was completely cleaned, lubed, wheels trued, and my bent sprockets straightened. all the cables were checked and adjusted as well. It felt like i was riding my bike brand new again! If you like personal service and fair prices, look no further than Bicycle Evolution! Like his website says, your satisfaction is his #1 priority!

I never do this, write reviews, but I feel like I have to. I went in there, thinking I needed a little part and wound up needing something more significant. OK, these things happen, but being in between jobs, any unexpected expenses were going to hurt. Mike told me what I needed, I told him what I could afford, and without being condescending, immediately found what I needed, within my budget. When I went to pick it up, he acted like it was no big deal, but to me it was. I felt like an idiot, pretending to know what I was talking about, and having virtually no money, but I wasnt treated with any less attention or appreciation than any other customer in there that day. He even made a couple of small adjustments, again, as if it were nothing. This level of dedication and service doesnt exist like it used to. Go there. Whatever you need, go there. As long as I live in South Florida, I will not go anywhere else.

This place is just great! I called to find out if they could install a piece onto my bike so my daughters trailer could ride on the back. He said "yes, itll take like a couple seconds". It was a hot day and my cars air conditioner was broken. I struggled to get my bike in and out of the car. When I walked in, he knew I was the girl that called. It surprised me that he remembered since it was the week before that I called. He stopped working on the bike he was working on and it literally did take him seconds to put the piece on!! I asked him how much I owed him and he said "dont worry about it". That just made my day! I dont think hell do that for everyone but I think he saw my struggle with the bike! Now Im able to ride my bike with my daughter being towed behind me and thats just PRICELESS!! Thank you Bicycle Evolution! Youre the greatest!

Matt helped me pick out a bike for my personal transportation. He explained all the different styles with the advantages and disadvantages. I finally settled on a used bike that fit my budget. After buying a back rack (that Matt quickly installed), a helmet, and a good lock I was off. I came back a few days later and Matt changed the rear sprocket and put on a new chain. I couldnt be happier. I recommend the personalized service Matt provides versus buying a bike at a retail store. Buy from a professional. Matts knowledge and advice are worth the trip to his store.

Stopped by to learn more about "fixie" bikes and the gentlemen I spoke with was very informative and willing to help me customize my first fixed gear bike (i.e. order separate pieces online that he would build for me). He was extremely polite and professional while helping me, juggling answering phone calls, and helping other customers drop off/pick up their bikes (one was very rude and demanding). I will definetly recommend this shop to friends and plan to utilize for all of my future biking needs.

These guys are the absolute greatest. We went here because of the ratings online and were not disappointed. We are new to Florida and wanted bikes that best suited our lifestyle (Old..LOL!). The folks on duty took their time and presented us with some great options. We went with their recommendation of Phat Cycle Beach Cruiser and they delivered it for no charge. We have loved every second on the bikes. Its our daily highlight. Cant thank the guys at Evolution enough!

Absolutely stellar! There may be other bike shops around town that carry tons of bikes and have bigger store fronts, but none of them pay attention to detail as well as Matt does at bicycle evolution. Ive been to all the bike shops in town, and will not go to any other shop except his now. Polite, punctual, honest and extremely professional. This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. Oh yea, and all of my bikes run top notch! Thanks Matt!

LOVE Matts service, he takes care of all my bikes needs right away, no matter if Ive called in advance or just shown up. He and his staff are all fantastic. Ive happily purchased two bicycles here new and used, and they are fully stocked with all the equipment you need. I confidently send all of my friends here knowing that they will receive the best, most effecient, and friendly service.

AMAZING! I called them in a crisis after Georges Bike Shop left me high and dry. Rick calmed me down and told me, "even if I have to take the tire home and work on it tonight, your bike will be ready in time for your ride tomorrow". The repairs are perfect and Rick was joy to work with. Very personable and honest. They are officially my "go to" shop and I referred everyone to them...

Cal Deal

The other night I put air in my tires. Two minutes later the bike was standing there, unmolested, and psssssss!! All the air ran out of the front tire. I took the bike over to Bicycle Evolution. Ten minutes later I was on my way with a new tube -- and a new handlebar bag! Plus, he noticed a crooked valve in the other tire and fixed that. Great service. I like doing business here.
