My wife and I purchased two mountain bikes on monday 4/13/15, A Specialized JYNX for her and a Cannondale trail 4 for me. On wednesday we went for a bike ride at a local park near our home and after an hour or so I was having issues with my de-railer and then my chain broke. We loaded both bicycles and headed back to the Boynton Beach store where we purchased our bikes to get the issue resolved. As I walked my bicycle into the store you could see the disgust on the managers face like it was a huge burden for him to have to help out a customer. If you think I want to waste my day driving back and forth to the bike shop for something totally out of my control,YOUR WRONG!. I think this guy needs to learn some customer service skills because he has NONE..I guess this is normal to buy a brand new $950.00 bike and have it break the next day. WOW!! If I had to do it all over again Id bring my $ somewhere else.

*******Very POOR service******** My comments below stand correct. I took my bike into my guy in Delray and took it on a 20 mile test run today and it works great. The gears dont skip and they shift beautifully. So i ended up spending around $200 at this place and it all went to waste. Them kicking me out of the store for not dealing with a customer problem shows me what kind of organization this is. It was my mistake taking to amateurs rather than a place that knows what they are doing. This shop in Delray has state of the art equipment to test repairs that they are done right. Anyone i talk to now will not take their bike into this place, EVER! I hate doing this but i was ripped off and places like this have no right to do this.

Worst experience ever! Manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with at a store. I wish had read some of these reviews before going there because I am obviously not the only customer that has dealt with him and his unprofessionalism. It takes them a month and a half to get this done and I never received a call to tell me it was done. I stopped by today and guess what..... tire was replaced but it was still flat. Obviously something went wrong and they went ahead and replaced the tube, once again. Let me remind you, bike is only a couple of months old and it was covered under warranty but somehow, I still got charged! I recommend you save the frustration and take your business somewhere else!

If there was a zero star I would have selected it. Dropped bike off to be tuned up and have parts replaced. I called 3 times after they continued to miss the deadlines they set for when the bike would be ready. I showed up 3 days after it was supposed to be fixed and they hadnt even started on the bike. At no point did they call or make any effort to contact me to let me know the status or that they would not have the bike ready. If you want to stay with Bike America avoid the Boynton location. The Pembroke Pines location is further, but the extra time you spend driving there is much less than cost of the Boynton store wasting your time.

Christopher is the most unprofessional manager any store could have. If arrogance and indifference is how Bike America runs their business then employing such an angry, unhelpful, sarcastic and dishonest person makes sense. If you should wander in this place by accident, get ready for the feeling like he is doing you a favor by taking your money. It is a shame because you can see the bike mechanics are really trying and do a good job. These poor kids are being cheated out of working in a quality environment simply because their so-called manager has no business in any retail setting.

We had a great experience at the congress store We bought a cannon dale ladies bike at a tremendous Discount The sales people were so professional as well as knowledgeable The guys were honest and Forth coming about the bike saying it was a close out and a 2015 model which was out of production They loaded it in the car. 3 free services 1st year and a 20% discount for a helmet For those who read a bad review. Just check this place out again. You wont be sorry Ask for Jagger he Was great

My husband & I brought in our 2 Huffy cruisers needing flat tires fixed on both bikes. The manager (forgot his name) told us that hed fix the flats and double-check anything that might need fixing. We didnt have to pay the "tune-up" price, all was well when they called later and we were very satisfied with their great customer service. We even purchased two bike helmets "Buy Local" even if Wal-Mart is just down the street~!!

On my first trip, when I was giving them money, it was great. My experience buying a bike and accessories amounting to about $550 was fine. The lock that I bought along with the bike stopped working while I was out one day, so I had to swing into Walmart to grab a lock. And Bike America will not take the lock back. A four star $550 transaction turned into a one star review over a $25 lock. Good job, guys.

I was in the store and found that the employees were all very helpful. I saw the other reviews and couldnt believe they had such a bad experience. I think customers want everything for nothing and when they dont get it for free or next to free then they get upset. I have seen many of the bike dealers go out of business and I think it is in part due to customers like this!

Bought my first road bike and my brothers 2nd road bike here at Bike America in Boynton Beach. Excellent service by the crew, especially Jagger who always made sure that we get a superb and professional service. Hiccups on delivery but it was understandable considering road bikes are imported and manufactured in Taiwan the epicenter of top quality manufacturer of Bikes.

THESE GUYS SUCK!!!!! No other way to say it! Terrible service! Please read ALL of the NEGATIVE and ONE STAR reviews. These customers are telling the absolute truth! Stay away from this place! They are a bunch of sneaky, underhanded liars! Go to Trek Bicycle of Boynton Beach which is leaps and bounds above the cowards that work at Bike America!

These guys are really unprofessional. I had a similar experience as other reviewers. My bike has been in their possession for 2 weeks now. Still not ready, no calls, no efforts made to keep me informed. Several snide remarks made by the staff while I was on the phone checking on the status of my bike for the 3rd time. They truly suck!

Bought my bike at Walmart. After a two minute ride the front tire blew. Walmart did not have a tech for several days. I went to bike America and they fixed it in 5 minutes. They were very professional and did not say anything bad about buying it from a different store. Good guys here in Boynton Beach store.
