Phyllis is very rude and treated me terribly. I do not recommend going to this Michaels the other locations are great and very helpful. This location is very unorganized when the general manager is not on duty not to mention Phyllis was bad mouthing her manager which I find very unsettling that someone could talk badly about a woman who has given her a job. I will not be returning.

There is nothing to rate about Michaels - I have visited 3 Michaels and have experienced courteous, knowledgeable, polite and friendly people eager to provide good service every time I visit. This has happened at the 3 Michaels, Springfield, Norristown and Bala Cynwyd, Pa. That says a lot for Michaels management. I hope that you appreciate your employees - I certainly do!

This store never has what I want... I wish they would update their website to be like Home Depot or Walmart, and let the customer know what is available in what store.... first they didnt have paper clay...and today they didnt have wood balls...wtf. Im an idiot for even thinking they would have what I was looking for.

i moved into the Vista apartments across the street from Michaels. and I love that store. Have found many decorative boxes for staorage and the staff is so accommodating. I hope they do not get tired of seeing me because I like to browse and get new ideas on how to fix up my new digs..

This is a small store by Michaels standards. As per most Michaels it is a torturous exercise for spouses dragged along, especially when you find out they dont have the items your S.O wants (in my case, sewing machine needles). Maybe skip this store and go to a larger store if you can.

Rory in Framing is awesome. Super talented guy with great ideas and suggestions. Michaels is lucky to have him on their team. And hes a super talented illustrator himself! Thanks for all your help in getting my frame done for my friends birthday.

This is a sizable Michaels with a good selection of many different supplies. The prices on many things (e.g., frames) are much too high, but there is almost always a 50% off coupon to be had in the Sunday paper or home mailing.

Got my diploma customed framed at Michaels. Admittedly it was expensive...however it was totally worth it. They are unbelievably good at what they do and if you want your custom framing done right, it is 100% worth it.

One employee named Venus went out of her way to help me find a suitable substitute for gold tissue paper to use in a school project. She seemed to find joy in her job. I hope Michaels holds on to this gem!
