Linda at the Custom Framing section of the store was the best employee at any retailer who has ever assisted me. She helped me with finding a frame and mat. She also appeared to be LGB friendly because the poster I was framing was a present for my partner. She didnt change her demeanor to negative when she saw my poster with pictures of my partner and I and love messages, and she seemed genuinely interested in helping me finding a mat that worked for the poster and a great frame. This store has a great selection of products! Get the app and they usually have some really good coupons, sometimes 50% off of a full price item. Tough to find people when you need help, but when you do find them they are helpful.

Large selection and clean store. My only issue is that for being a craft store, they seem to lack the imagination when asking for assistance on using products in any manner other than how the package identifies the item.

I go to this store a lot for teaching supplies. They are well stocked and you can find pretty much anything you need. However, Ive had multiple encounters with rude staff.
