This A.C. Moore in Sewell is okay. Its not great because it seems under staffed, and the employees who are working there seem impatient and stressed. Because of these two factors, the quality of their customer service is really bad. To add to that, if one needs to have a picture matted or framed, this A.C. Moore (in Sewell) cant do that. Instead, they have to send out your picture to another location to have it done. As a result, you cant drop off a picture to get framed and expect it back the next day. --No, youll have to wait a week or more. Because of this, I prefer to go to the A.C. Moore in Deptford, NJ.

So very slow check outs. Prices on sale never priced right. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes. Than finally they opened another register. More confusion in checkout than should be. Than I had to go back the same day and it was the same problem common AC, Get your act together and better management. Because it sucks now.

Most of the employees are very nice and helpful and try to help out customers, thats why I gave it 4 stars. But theres always that one that seems disgruntled and doesnt want to help out customers for whatever the reason is. Will be sticking with the Deptford store from now on thanks to Jaime.

Not bad if you need something quick. Their selection is limited, but theyre closer than Hobby Lobby. Prices arent bad if you catch them during a sale and always remember to go on the site and show a coupon at check out. They do offer low cost classes for children in the summer. $2 each.

Lots of fun stuff but they never seem to have what I am looking for. Also, they wont take coupons when something is on sale and the coupon would have been cheaper than the sale.

They have a day out of the week where you can "make it and take it" with the kids very nice to know that theyre still doing things with crafting for kids
