Spent about an hour in the store, had a cart of items, check my phone for coupons had one for 20% off total purchase, turns out it starts at 3, it was 12:45, the clerk wouldnt honour it, the store was not busy, I guess the my measly $40.00 purchase didnt matter to you being on a fixed income it mattered to me! I will NOT shop there again!

This michaels has a great selection of things however the lady at the register was very rude when my mom asked her if she could use a certain discount coupon. She said "you cant use that" in a very angry tone. Her manner was very wrong. We still were polite to her even though she wasnt to us. I will not be returning here.

Great Michaels store! Items are well laid out and aisles are all nicely spaced and organized. Easy to find what you need and browse around at seasonal items. Checkout was staffed with efficient and friendly people.

This place is huge. For the creatively minded this place has a crazy amount of offerings to make unique crafts to entertain the kids, adults, or just for profit.
