Their Kids Crafternoon is horrible! The room is too small with only two big tables...can you say claustrophobia? Yes indeed! They pile too many kids in that tiny room and the parents are standing in the room as well. Oh yeah by the way there are no chairs. There is a very long wait so if you are impatient and have a restless child then save your $2 and just but some arts and crafts and have a great day. Thats what I ended up doing after the short Mexican girl moved my son to make room for more kids in that tiny room. Ugh she has an attitude problem anyway by how she talked to some of the people waiting in line. She tried to talk to me like that and she had a scared look on her face when I snapped back at her. She had the right one that day!

This AC Moore is pretty awful. They are almost always out of stock of things that are on sale so you have to order them and hope they charge you the sale price when they come in. I placed an order for something several weeks ago only to find out (after I called this past weekend) that they misplaced my slip. When they looked up the item they said their inventory read that they had over 100 in stock for their store, not including my order, but they couldnt manage to find them anywhere in the back. The worst part is that no one there cares about their awful service. The parking lot is terrible too.

While the selection in this store is very nice, the employees seem to not enjoy helping customers. Even if you dont like helping people, at least try to make them think you do. The one girl who was just standing near the registers said she couldnt help another customer find something because she "couldnt go with her." She called someone else over their walkie talkies, not realizing the person she was calling was also ringing people up. If I ask someone where something is in their maze of a store, they make it seem like youre bothering and annoying them. Fix your customer service!!

The costumer service was terrible. While I was looking for silicone, I looked around for it for about thirty minutes, because the staff told me different places. I asked three employees. The first person was pointing looking annoyed at a isle, the second kept ignoring me until I finally blocked her way and she gave me a irritated look. The third employee was the most helpful, she actually TRIED to find it. AC moore is now a place that Ill never go for art supplies. Congratz AC Moore you lost a person who spends over a hundred dollars each time.

Its always nice to walk onto A. C. Moores. Weather Im going in for something special or just going into to just to see whats new, I always come out with something. The store is great.

I really like this AC Moore. They have a way better yarn selection than Michaels. Theyre always pretty busy as well. I go here pretty regularly. Never had a bad experience.

Super friendly staff and great rewards perks. They handle lines better then other ones Ive been too. Inventory is decent for the amount of art subjects they cater to.

Cardstock needs more variety. Wedding holiday stuff is great! Always helpful even though I have to be the one to ask or make eye contact
