I came in looking for a fabric to use as a bento box wrap that i had an idea for, for a different valentines gift. The staff is really kind of unhelpful. I found a fabric that would do the job and when i went up to the cutter table, i told the woman i need a nice size piece that could cover my specific dimensions (the size of the small bento box). She just stared at me and says i have to know where she wants to cut, and that she just cuts. I ended up leaving with too much fabric that im not going to use but at least the cashier woman was very nice and took my phone coupon. I got what i needed, i just wish it wasnt so awkward :P

Staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely helpful. Many is the time that while I waited my turn at the cutting counter they helped a customer do some minor calculations to help them better plan their projects. The store is always clean and well stocked. True its not the same as the Joannes Superstore in volume of stock however, it is my friendly local store that I always go to.

Love going here & checking everything out...theres so much fabric to just from. They have discount bins there which is a nice option sometimes, depending on the situation or what u want to make. You can walk around this store & just from looking around you get ideas.i need to go back in soon but its soo hard to choose a fabric & a print for 1 or 2 things when its so hard to choose

We had 3M wall strips wed bought a week before that they refused to return because their store no longer carried them. They were rude about it and said I had to go to a different JoAnn but wouldnt tell me which store would be able to accommodate my return

Its hit or miss if they are going to have basic supplies. The staff can be rude, and many of them have no idea who to use the products they sell.

Horrible !!!!!!!! Inventory is not stocked up. Employees are rude. Never will go back !!!! No public restrooms either, lol.. Pathetic !

Employees are knowledgeable, material selection is reasonable. Prices are fair and can be a bargain if you have a coupon.
